Before the success of this technology, the technical problems restricting the vulcanization efficiency of rubber shoes were discussed in terms of rubber formulation and curing technology.
The technical problems that exist on both sides have been the unsolved problems in the shoe industry.
Aiming at this problem, the researchers of Jihua 3537 company focused on the development and application of new high efficiency vulcanization technology for rubber shoes. From the four aspects of "rubber formulation rapid vulcanization research and application, vulcanizing medium pformation and vulcanizing equipment improvement, matching technological pformation and energy saving pformation", four aspects of technological innovation were carried out for 7 years. Finally, the development and application of new high efficiency vulcanization technology for shoes were completed.
The success and application of this technology have increased the vulcanization efficiency of rubber shoes by 140%, 90% higher than the domestic level, the production efficiency of molded lines, the qualified rate of products, the highest dosage of synthetic rubber, the time of rubber storage, the temperature of vulcanizing tank, and the physical and chemical properties of rubber shoes.
After 7 years of industrialization, the project has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits, and has achieved remarkable results in energy conservation and emission reduction.
