    Double eyelids, golden curly hair, black sweater and fashionable yellow shawls -- this is Yin Jiazhen, a Wuhan woman who pursues "beauty".


     


    "I think what I do is a work that helps women find their confidence, so this job is very noble and sacred to me. I love my career!" said Yin Jiazhen, 35.

    Yin Jiazhen graduated from Wuhan business service college in 1991. At that time, this profession was not valued in society, but she had a special liking. She was assigned to a state-run beauty shop as a beautician, and in the second year she was caught up with the restructuring of state-owned enterprises.


     


    After a period of "downturn", Yin Jiazhen rented a small booth in Guan Shan. The booth is actually a small "lattice" made of cloth on three sides, with a monthly rent of 35 yuan. From then on, she began her career of early morning and dark.


     


    That year's "54" Youth Day was Yin Jiazhen's happiest day at the beginning of his career. She rushed to the wholesale market to enter her shirt before dawn. "I am a girl, especially beautiful, and I know what girls think." She took hundreds of different styles of white shirts.


     


    When she went to the booth, she put on a beautiful skirt for each shirt specially, "it feels like this can make an effect." Maybe it's God's favor. Students from nearby Huazhong Polytechnic University (now Huazhong University of Science and Technology) want to perform programs and buy shirts to compete. One day, she sold more than 200 pieces. It was like wholesale. To this day, she still remembered that feeling.


     


    After a busy year, Yin Jiazhen saved up some money and prepared to rent a decent appearance in the neighborhood. Contrary to expectations, local road expansion, small stalls and facade demolition, she can not find any good facade.


     


    Met the woman who changed her life.



    In 1993, Yin Jiazhen applied for a Taiwanese funded enterprise named Guan Feng Yan Na Cosmetics Co., Ltd. as a salesperson. Her greatest strength is her extensive sales experience and her ability to deal with people. Although it was in June when cosmetics sales were off season, she made a grade a store's sales performance in C store. The boss of Taiwan headquarters took this point and sent her to Nanjing for further studies in second years. In Nanjing, Yin Jiazhen met a woman who had influenced her life.

    When he returned to Wuhan in 1995, Yin Jiazhen became the sales director of the crown Feng business. In April, she took her younger sister to Yichang to form the office of Guan Feng in Yichang. Soon, Yin Jiazhen allowed Guan Feng to enter three shopping malls, such as China Merchants Department store and Jiangjin mall, and opened a beauty shop and a sales shop in the name of the company.


     


    At the same time, taking into account the business of shopping malls and beauty salons, Yin Jiazhen worked out a way to attract customers to "recycle consumption". Customers bought Guan Feng products in the shopping mall counters, then they could enjoy free beauty services after their beauty salons were sold to their after-sale service centers, and after receiving beauty services, they might buy relevant products again.


     


    This mode played more and more smoothly in Yin Jiazhen's hands. She successively developed 4 emporium points, and the monthly sales volume reached 800 thousand yuan at the peak.



    But downhill followed. This mode can easily be cloned, and the market competition is becoming more and more intense. At the end of 1998, she went to Chongqing to explore the market. In 2000, she was transferred back to Wuhan as training minister and senior lecturer.


     


    During the period of training, at last, I could calm down to think and think. Yin Jiazhen suddenly realized that he had been married for other people for so many years, and it was time to think for himself.

    By the end of 2003, Yin Jiazhen was determined to run his own company. Acting as an agent in an old bank may be the quickest way to cut in. She found Hu Tianming, general manager of Beijing Tai Fu group.


     


    Tai Fu's beauty apparatus is very good in the industry, but its focus is overseas. After conducting a detailed market research, Yin Jiazhen threw out a "military order" for Hu Tianming to sell 50 units a month.     The first one is interested in a hospital in Wuhan, but it has many misgivings about the effect, use and after-sale of this beauty apparatus.


     


    Yin Jiazhen knows well that "everything is difficult at the beginning". If the first one is sold well, the road ahead will be easy to go. The hospital gave 3 days to deliver, but Yin Jiazhen gave himself only one day. She flew an instrument from the headquarters of the company. She and engineer arrived at the airport at 12 o'clock at night and sent to the hospital directly from the airport. It arrived at 2 o'clock in the morning and installed and debugged on the spot. At normal working hours, training and guidance for hospital staff will begin.


     


    3 days later, the hospital staff can operate on their own. The hospital was impressed by the delivery, and soon after the instrument was put into use, it began to make profits. The hospital later introduced many customers to Yin Jiazhen, and Yin Jiazhen was like "overnight delivery + on-site training".


     


    A month later, 50 instruments have been successfully sold, and Yin Jiazhen successfully obtained the management rights of Tai Fu Group in Hubei.


     


    The company is named "Tai Fu Ze Ze". "Re weaving" the marketing network in the province, re running the market and training, she has done the most basic pioneering work.


     


    "Zero down payment" to integrate resources and occupy the market


     


    For Yin Jiazhen, selling products is only a primary goal. When the company was founded, she envisaged a set of "zero down payment" approach, that is, let beauty salons "zero down payment" way to join Tai Fu Ze Ze, beauty salons have customer resources, Tai Fu Shui Ze instrument and technology. Facts have proved that it is amazing to occupy the market in this way of integrating resources.
