Henan Policy Comes Into Being To Build Garment Industry Cluster

　　《紡織工業(yè)調(diào)整和振興規(guī)劃》出臺(tái)一年來，紡織服裝業(yè)總體向好的趨勢(shì)日趨明顯。規(guī)劃中，明確強(qiáng)調(diào)“鼓勵(lì)中西部地區(qū)發(fā)揮資源優(yōu)勢(shì)，積極承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移，發(fā)展紡織服裝加工基地，形成東中西部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)的區(qū)域布局”。中國紡織工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長杜鈺洲表示，提高東部創(chuàng)新能力和營銷能力，是紡織行業(yè)當(dāng)前布局調(diào)整的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容；而西部固定資產(chǎn)投資明顯高于東部，已經(jīng)體現(xiàn)出紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)向西部轉(zhuǎn)移的趨勢(shì)。 

In order to help the central and western regions to better undertake eastern industrial pfer, the central and western industrial cluster planning has been released.

Standing at the height of the development strategy of textile and garment industry, Henan province has promulgated the "Henan textile industry adjustment and revitalization plan".

According to the plan, by 2015, Henan's textile enterprises above Designated Size achieved sales income of 340 billion yuan, and by 2020, a strong province of textile and garment industry has been built.

The Hebi City, which held the Promotion Conference on CHIC2010 in Beijing, is one of the six major textile and garment industrial clusters in Henan province.

According to Zhang Juncheng, chairman of the CPPCC in Hebi, Henan, Xunxian County belongs to Hebi, with a large population, abundant resources and great potential, which occupies half of Hebi city.

In recent years, the Hebi municipal government has also paid special attention to Xunxian County's development.

At present, there are 13 textile and garment enterprises in the county, more than 2000 employees, and annual sales income of more than 200 million yuan, with good momentum of development.

Taking Xunxian County as the center, within 500 km radius, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Hebei, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Hubei and other provinces and cities covered more than 400 million people, accounting for nearly 1/3 of the total population and huge demand for clothing.
