Yan Yan PK Li Kaifu: Personally, I Am Most Opposed To Chinese University Students' Entrepreneurship.

At the IT leaders' summit in Shenzhen on March 28, Yan Yan, President of Softbank Asia, objected to Li Kaifu's support for college students' entrepreneurship. In his subsequent speech, Yan Yan expressed his views contrary to Li Kaifu. He said he was doing venture capital, and the most opposed thing was entrepreneurship. "College students are very passionate about entrepreneurship, but entrepreneurship is a very long process. Chinese people's passion is the cheapest, but this kind of patience is a long process of trying to fail."

Yan Yan pointed out that in the past, too many people talked about the success of Gates and Jobs, but they also had many years of struggle. Even from a statistical standpoint, the success of 1000 college students is also a few thousand. If it fails, it will cause trauma to the person's psychology, career and even family.

"China's external entrepreneurial environment is very bad. Many financial sources are borrowed from relatives and friends, because banks do not lend money to entrepreneurs. So I am very opposed to college students' entrepreneurship, because success requires too much knowledge and accumulation of life experience. Yan Yan said.

But Li Kaifu also responded to Yan Yan's viewpoint. He stressed that he did not recommend that college students directly lead entrepreneurship. Instead, he suggested that college students should take part in Entrepreneurship and learn this process. "There is not much difference on this point."
