To this end, the textile industry science and Technology Development Center organized various professional associations and relevant experts to analyze and study the current situation and existing problems of the industry, and put forward four key aspects and 25 key technologies to be solved urgently in the textile industry. The solution of these key technologies will greatly promote the technological progress and development of the industry. 1. New textile materials and advanced processing technology New materials are one of the most important high-tech today. The application of new textile materials not only greatly changes people's lives, but also promotes the rapid development of social economy. The development of international textile materials is mainly based on the research and development of high-performance fibers, functional fibers, new fibers that meet sustainable development and new materials. High performance fibers have high strength, high modulus, high temperature resistance, strong corrosion resistance and fire resistance. They are widely used in pportation, water conservancy, military, health, construction, communication, environmental protection and other fields. Functional fiber has the characteristics of antistatic, flame retardant, high moisture absorption, antibacterial, deodorant and UV protection. It is the basis for producing high added value and high grade textiles. The production of conventional chemical fiber products is based on large capacity, high efficiency, high-speed, continuous and network information monitoring, so as to achieve efficient and low-cost production. Industrial fiber will become an important raw material for manufacturing industry in the future. Industrial fiber has been widely used as a substitute for metals, plastics, paper and asbestos. With the development trend of light weight, high performance, diversification and beauty of industrial materials, the use of industrial fibers has been increasingly widespread, and the market demand has been expanding. For example, the proportion of industrial fiber used in the United States, Japan and the European Union has reached 2/3 in the whole fiber production sector. China's industrial fiber consumption and market trade will increase by more than 10% every year in the next 10 years. The following 10 key technologies should be developed and studied. 1. Industrialization research and development of carbon fiber, aramid fiber, polysulfonamide fiber, new generation ultra high strength high modulus polyethylene and vinylon fiber. Many developed countries such as carbon fiber and aramid fiber have already been industrialized, but our country is still in the small and pilot stage, and it is urgent to carry out industrialization development and application. We should invest more in developing polysulfonamide, which has a certain foundation in China, and form an industrial production line with an annual output of 500 tons. Pre - study and technical storage of polyphenylene bis - oxazole (PBO) fibers with excellent performance and wide application will be carried out. At the same time, we should further study the application technology of the new generation of ultra high strength, high film polyethylene and K series vinylon, which has been built in China, and improve the product level and achieve industrial upgrading. 2, new type of polyester diversified technology PTT, PEN, CO-PET and other industrial R & D Since the beginning of the new century, the development of new polyester technology in the world has been developing rapidly. Significant progress has been made in the industrialization development of the new varieties of polyester family represented by PTT. PTT (polybutylene terephthalate) is dyed, elastic, crisp, dry, easy to process, strong anti fouling, and has the characteristics of polyester, nylon and some spandex fibers. It can be used not only in fabrics, carpets, nonwovens, but also in new type of tree fat materials such as film and plastics, and has broad prospects for development. PEN (polyethylene dicarboxylic acid glycol ester) has good pparency and barrier properties, which is conducive to the development of polyester in high performance non fiber fields such as beer bottles. CO-PET is mainly used for the production of island fibers, and is a priority variety in modified PET. 3, degradable PLA (PLA fiber) and Lyocell (new solvent cellulose fiber) fiber and products industrialization research and development LA is a kind of completely biodegradable polymer. It has attracted worldwide attention, and the US, Europe, Japan and Taiwan are all doing research on industrialization. Loycell is a new generation of cellulose fiber produced by new solvent and innocuous process. It has both the properties of man fiber and synthetic fiber. There are many achievements in product application and development in China, but it is badly in need of development in large scale production of fiber industry. 4, soybean protein serialized fiber and product development technology Soybean protein fiber is a plant protein modified fiber which has been successfully developed and developed in China for the first time in the world. The fiber has the advantages of moderate strength, small specific gravity, soft handle, soft luster, good moisture absorption and moisture conductivity, good skin affinity, and obvious bacteriostatic function, and meets the requirements of comfort and health. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the industrialization of new PTA complete sets of domestically produced technology and equipment with an annual output of 600 thousand tons or more. The technology already has a certain foundation. After successful implementation, not only can the investment cost be greatly reduced, but also it is of great significance for promoting the leading development of PTA industry in China, alleviating the raw material gap and enhancing the competitiveness of polyester polyester industrial chain. 6. The development and industrialization of new generation direct spinning polyester microfiber and high efficiency new winding head.
