Introduction To The Principle Of The Ironing Machine'S Ironing Device
The darker sewing machine is widely used in garment factories because of its unstitched thread and good sewing effect.
Trousers are usually needed at the waist of trousers. In order to increase the fastness of trousers, the trousers are usually stitched together by double cloth or multilayer cloth. For these cloth layers, sewing machines are needed to stitch them together.
In the existing clothing production, the general sewing machine is used to sew the fabric layer of the trousers into a trouser ear belt, then cut the trousers ear belt and cut the trousers into the trousers to form trousers trouser ears.
The trouser ears made by this way are of low grade and are not suitable for matching with the top grade trousers.
Moreover, after the sewn belt is sewn, there is no direct connection between the cloth layers, and the appearance is not smooth. Other ironing devices are needed for ironing.
In order to overcome the defects of the existing strip fabric production, we need to design a new ironing device for the blind stitching machine, which can be used to scald the stitched cloth in time.
The ironing device can make full use of the space of the darker sewing machine and has compact structure, which is beneficial to saving the working space.
In order to solve the above technical problems, a heating device for the blind sewing machine (Fig. 1) is designed. The heating device comprises a heating part and a feeding part, which is characterized in that the heating part comprises a long strip heating seat and a heating component arranged in the heating seat, and the feeding part is arranged side by side along the length direction of the heating block, comprising a long strip feeding bracket and a synchronous belt arranged on the feeding bracket.
A bracket assembly for controlling the distance between the heating seat and the feeding bracket is provided, and the synchronous belt is connected with the power mechanism.
The heating device is directly installed on the darker sewing machine. When working, the sewing fabric on the darker sewing machine is fed into the gap between the synchronous belt and the heating seat, and the heating seat is provided with a heating device. The synchronous belt rotates under the driving of the power device of the sewing machine, and the pressure of the synchronous belt is arranged on the cloth and drives the cloth to move forward synchronously. When the cloth is sliding on the heating device, the heating block is heated at high temperature, while the synchronous belt is pressed to the cloth under the effect of the gravity of the feeding bracket.
In this way, the cloth will be ironed and smoothed through the ironing device.
The synchronous belt is respectively arranged on the driving wheel and the driven wheel at the two ends of the feeding bracket, and the one-way clutch bearings are respectively arranged in the driving wheel and the driven wheel. The one-way clutch bearing can make the synchronous belt rotate in a single direction, thereby improving the driving stability of the synchronous belt to the cloth.
A one-way clutch bearing from the driving wheel is sleeved on the driven axle, and one end of the feeding bracket is provided with an adjusting bolt along the axial direction. The driven wheel shaft is connected to the adjusting bolt, and a spring is arranged between the feeding bracket and the driven wheel axle on the adjusting bolt.
By adjusting the rotation of the adjusting bolt, the position of the driven shaft on the adjusting bolt can be changed, so that the tension degree of the synchronous belt itself can be adjusted appropriately, so as to prevent the defect of unstable driving of the cloth due to the expansion of the synchronous belt, and the spring which is sleeved on the adjusting bolt can reduce vibration and improve the working stability of the synchronous belt.
One end of the feeding bracket is provided with an opening, and the driven wheel shaft is positioned in the opening, and the clearance between the driven wheel shaft and the opening is matched. The driven wheel shaft is positioned in the opening, which ensures that the driven wheel shaft moves smoothly and the stability of the driven wheel shaft works when rotating the adjusting bolt.
A steel ball is arranged at the end of the adjusting bolt in the feeding bracket, and the steel ball can rotate smoothly when adjusting the bolt.
The heating part is an electric heating tube or a steam cushion part, but the electric heating tube has the advantages of compact structure and convenient temperature control.
The bracket components are respectively articulated with the feeding bracket and the heating seat, and the heating seat is provided with a spanner. A spanner is fixedly connected to the spanner, and the ejector rod is biased on the spanner, and can be contacted with the side side of a bar body.
When the spanner is wrenched, the ejector rod biased on the spanner will press the rod body to rotate so as to cause the whole bracket component to drive the feeding bracket together to generate movement, and finally, the gap between the feeding bracket and the heating seat can be changed.
In the rod body, a rod body near the side of the driven wheel is angular, and the free end of the angular rod body is connected with a zipper.
When the cloth passes through the darker sewing machine, the end needs to enter between the feeding bracket and the heating seat. At this time, only one acting force is applied on the zipper. Under the action of the action force, the angle rod is rotated on the heating seat, making the gap between the feeding bracket and the heating seat larger, so that the end of the cloth can be placed between the synchronous belt and the heating seat. When the force on the zipper is eliminated, the feeding bracket is reset, and the end of the cloth will be sandwiched between the synchronous belt and the heating seat.
The heating seat is provided with an air flow through hole, and the heating part of the ironing device can also be connected with the external steam. When steam passes through the airflow through hole, heat exchange is made with the heating seat to keep the heating block at a higher temperature, or directly on the cloth, thereby providing heat source for the cloth ironing.
In order to synchronize the sewing speed of the synchronous belt with the darkstitch sewing machine when the driving belt is moved forward, an alarm sensing component is arranged on the front side of the driven wheel, and is connected to a blind sewing machine through a connecting rod.
The guiding shaft in the alarm induction assembly is connected with one end of the pull spring. After the cloth is passed through the blind sewing machine, the material guide shaft is pushed into the ironing device through the guide shaft, and the guiding shaft is leaned on the cloth under the action of pulling force of the pull spring.
If the feed quantity in the ironing device is not consistent with the discharge quantity on the darker sewing machine, the position of the guide shaft will be changed, thus triggering the trigger switch in the alarm.
Therefore, the alarm buzzer or alarm indicator can be opened to provide a warning for operators to adjust the relevant components.
The advantages of the ironing device are:
(1) the ironing device can be directly installed on the darker sewing machine, and the effective space on the darn sewing machine is reasonably applied and the mechanism is compact.
The cloth will be heated at the same time and will be ironed. No need to use other ironing device to scald and achieve automatic production.
(2) the synchronous belt is directly installed on the feeding bracket, and the cloth is leveled through the feeding bracket and the heating seat from the darker sewing machine, and the flattening is realized under the effect of the gravity of the feeding bracket, and the heating of the heating block is heated at high temperature, so the cloth can be ironed and levelled with high working stability.
(3) an alarm device is installed on the darker sewing machine to facilitate real-time monitoring of the working state between the darker sewing machine and the ironing device, ensuring that the needle on the whole machine will not be broken due to the inconsistency between the incoming and discharging of the cloth and the quality of the sewing.
