Wenzhou Shoes Exports Rose In April

According to statistics of Wenzhou inspection and Quarantine Bureau, in April this year, Wenzhou shoes exported 7172 batches, 56 million 939 thousand pairs, 240 million US dollars, compared with the same period last year, they increased by 38.24%, 31.18% and 32.53% respectively.

It is understood that the substantial increase in the export of shoes in Wenzhou in April was mainly due to the improvement of the international situation.

From 1 to April this year, 26 enterprises in the top 30 of Wenzhou shoes export achieved positive growth, and some enterprises increased by more than 100%.

In footwear varieties, mainly used for industrial mining and other special purpose safety shoes, can be described as the international economic and cold temperature thermometer. Last year, affected by the international financial crisis, exports suffered serious setbacks. This year, it has achieved impressive results. The professional export enterprises such as senna, Xin Caihong, Rong Jin, spider king and Ju Lun increased more than two digits from 1 to April. The total monthly export value of the 5 enterprises in April exceeded the total value of exports from 1 to March.
