Leaders Should Be Good At Creating "Happiness Field".
Recently, when I studied Chinese characters, I suddenly felt a new sense of the word "leadership".
"Leadership", first of all, is "collar", which shows that this person must be a superior person. He must be superior to others in many aspects, be able to see what others can not see or possess the ability of others, otherwise he will not have the qualification of "collar".
The second is "guide", that is, coaching and teaching, which shows that the whole team is centered on this person, and he guides others to radiate their energy to team members.
Therefore, "leadership" is a high person, he is the center, he produces guidance and guidance to other members, so that the team can accomplish the purpose of organization more effectively.
And leadership is the re expression of the word "leadership", that is, the level of "leader" and "guidance".
But at present, many leaders seem to have misunderstood the word "leadership". When a person becomes a leader, he often consciously and unconsciously strengthens his "leadership" role in all aspects, that is, in all aspects, he must "lead" and "guide".
This leads to the fact that the development space of an organization often depends on the level of leaders or leaders, but in fact, no one can always "lead" and "guide" forever, even if the leaders of enterprises are versatile.
When an enterprise is very small, it is possible for an enterprise leader to temporarily "lead" or "guide". However, once the scale of the enterprise is slightly larger, the business diversification and the management radius further expand, the leader will also force himself to "get" and "guide" in every aspect, which will inevitably have a great restriction on the development of the enterprise, which is the role of the senior person in the enterprise's "pre development and suppression".
I have been doing so many years of management and I have seen so many enterprises. I find that many enterprises are wrong because of this thing, which makes it difficult to make breakthroughs in organization.
In this case, if we work hard at the "collar" and "guide", it is impossible to solve problems in a single plane, so we have to jump out of the "plane thinking". What should we do to correct the cognition of leadership?
I am not "leading" or "guiding". I am trying to create a "field".
Create "field"?
Yes, create a "field" to create a "happy field" for employees.
What can the "field" do?
It enables everyone to develop his inner potential and internal motivation.
In the organization, if our employees can make independent decisions and understand the goals of our organization autonomously, and then work towards this direction, everyone's enthusiasm can be spontaneously and well played. Employees' spontaneous initiative will become the driving force for enterprises to take endless steps. Then a "perpetual motion machine" is formed in Enterprises.
Now we have no leadership and no president in Jin and we are called counselors. The counselors expect to form a "dynamic field" through the potential of their employees, and finally form a "happy field" that we all can feel. This team can make us all work very happily.
This is what many of our enterprises are going to do now. At least we have to remove the "collar" first. "Guide" is best not to teach, but to help. What aspects of the staff do you think is not working and what problems are there? I'll help you. I can't solve it. I can mobilize all kinds of strength to form a "field" to help employees solve the problem, which breaks through the leadership's ability to restrict this organization.
So when we talk about leadership today, every leader needs to look at it. If you position yourself as "leader", it is to put yourself in a very dangerous position or to put yourself in a position of failure.
