Reporter: Hello, director Zhu, along with the rapid development of China's automobile industry, what is the development status of China's automobile textiles at present?
Chairman Zhu: the rapid development of the automobile industry has brought enormous room for development of automotive textiles.
In recent years, although the development of China's automobile textile industry has made obvious progress, most of the enterprises producing vehicle textiles started late. Generally speaking, we are short of leading enterprises in the field of automotive textiles, and lack of independent brands. There is still a certain gap with the international standard.
Reporter: now China's auto industry is developing so fast that the demand for automotive textiles should be very large. Why is it hard for us to lay out our own field in this blue ocean?
Chairman Zhu: China's huge market potential attracts more and more foreign car brands to enter China and occupy the Chinese market.
But when these brand cars were produced in China, most of the existing accessories manufacturers came to China to supply them directly, so it was difficult for Chinese local auto accessories manufacturers to enter.
If you want to become a supplier of an accessory of a car, you usually have to participate in the development stage of the vehicle.
In addition, even if they are lucky enough to enter the list of their accessories suppliers, the high cost of test in the annex vehicle test stage will throw most domestic manufacturers out of the game circle.
Behind this phenomenon, there seems to be some technical barriers. At the same time, the quality of China's automobile textiles is still high.
Design
There is a big gap between the concept and other countries.
Reporter: so, what do you think is the main reason for the difference between China's automobile textiles and foreign countries in terms of quality and design concept?
Chief executive Zhu: the textile used in car interior decoration has a certain standard in terms of color fastness, light fastness, heat fastness, rubbing fastness and environmental protection in addition to providing an attractive and comfortable environment for the crew.
So many demands naturally require high-end production technology.
The main reason why our car textiles can not occupy a place in the international automotive textile industry is that the quality of products can not meet the requirements of high-end brand cars abroad.
At present, China's chemical fiber production has exceeded 50% of the world, the volume is no problem, but the quality of instability is the biggest problem.
For example, high quality coated fabrics and canopy fabrics have high production requirements. A slight neglect can cause significant difference in quality.
The production of textiles, especially the production of industrial textiles, has high requirements for the environment.
First of all, when producing, the surrounding environment must be constant temperature and humidity, and the voltage must be stable when heated.
The subtle changes in these factors will bring about marked changes in product quality.
Secondly, in terms of management, most of us still operate the production line manually, and the fineness of different people's operation is also the factor causing the microscopic change of products.
We should constantly reduce the difference in product quality caused by human factors, and apply as many automated production systems as possible and constantly optimize and upgrade.
Third, in terms of design, we must constantly learn new design concepts and ideas from abroad and keep up with the trend of the times.

Director Zhu: Although a large part of China's auto spinning products still need to rely on imports.
But as long as we continue to work hard to overcome technical difficulties and speed up the formulation of industry standards, we believe that our products will be able to meet domestic demand while entering the international high-end market and eventually get the industry's right to speak.
