China's first 7 meter wide geotextile and bitumen base dual-purpose spunbonded needle production line has recently been successfully tested in Shandong Weifang Jing Kowloon Group, marking the birth of the first production line of polyester filament yarn for producing linoleum base fabric in China. It is understood that the production line equipment and technology developed by Dalian Huayang Chemical Fiber Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., through the special design of spinning box structure, drafting tube arrangement, wire separator, pendulum and other equipment, as well as the improvement of the pattern of needle punching machine, and the rational use of a number of new technologies and processes developed by ourselves, the localization of polyester spunbonded felt base products has been successfully realized. The product's vertical and horizontal strength ratio is less than 1.1, and all the other indexes are up to the national standard.

The linoleum base cloth is a building waterproof material. In the past, glass fiber or polyester staple fiber was used as the base of felt, which had poor tensile strength and heat resistance, and the physical index was not ideal. Using polyester filament as base fabric of asphalt felt, tensile strength is high, and weight is low. This kind of base cloth is made of domestic glue, and the final waterproof felt product is treated by dipping and bitumen treatment. All the test indexes meet the national standard.

The production line is also reserved for the structure and position of the bottle sheet homogenizing device in the spinning part, which can realize the double use of chips and flakes, and is fully prepared for the production of polyester bottle flakes as raw materials in the future.
