Clothing sewing thread is usually divided into three categories: natural fiber sewing thread, synthetic fiber sewing thread and mixed sewing thread.

A, cotton sewing thread: sewing thread made of cotton fiber as raw material by refining, bleaching, sizing and waxing.

Cotton sewing thread can be divided into no light (or soft line), silk light and wax light.

B, nylon sewing thread: Nylon sewing thread is made of pure nylon multifilament, which is divided into three kinds: long silk thread, short fiber dimension line and elastic deformation line. At present, the main varieties are nylon long silk thread.

It has the advantages of high elongation and good elasticity, and its elongation at break is three times higher than that of cotton with the same specification. Therefore, it is suitable for sewing chemical fiber, woolen cloth, leather and elastic clothing.

The biggest advantage of nylon sewing thread is pparency. Because the line is pparent and color is good, it reduces the difficulty of sewing wiring and has broad prospects for development.

However, limited to the present market, the rigidity of the pparent wire is too large and the strength is too low. The stitch is easy to float on the surface of the fabric, and the temperature is not high enough, so the sewing speed can not be too high.

At present, this kind of thread is mainly used for parts such as applique, edge cutting and so on.

C, vinylon sewing thread: made of vinylon fiber, its strength is high and its stitches are stable. It is mainly used for sewing thick canvas, furniture cloth, labor protection articles, etc.

D, acrylic sewing thread: made of acrylic fiber, mainly used for decorative and embroidery threads, with low twist and bright coloring.

A, polyester / cotton sewing thread: it is made of 65% polyester and 35% cotton, and has the advantages of polyester and cotton.

Polyester / cotton sewing thread can not only guarantee the strength, wear resistance and shrinkage rate, but also overcome the defect of heat resistance of polyester. It can adapt to high-speed sewing and can be used in all kinds of garments such as cotton, polyester / cotton and so on.

B, core sewing thread: sewing thread made of filament and wrapped with natural fibers.

The strength of the core sewing thread depends on the core line, and the wear resistance and heat resistance depend on the outer yarn.

Therefore, the core sewing thread is suitable for high-speed sewing and clothing with high sew.
