Front Opening Design Variant Design

After understanding the relationship between the picking line and the opening, the design of the control opening is quite sure.

The front is introduced by setting the width of the opening through the picking line. After mastering this principle, you can also design the shape of the opening first, then confirm the front midline.

One might ask: what if the width of the opening is between the middle mouth and the narrow opening?

Before answering this question, we should first know the difference between using the A1 line and the A2 line.

The first difference is the size of the corner.

How big is taking the corner?

All are based on the result of drawing.

If you take the back midline between the A1 line and the A2 line, you will get an angle between the counterpoint and the switch angle, which will not affect the reduction effect.

The second difference is whether to add the length of the bottom.

It is necessary to supplement the length difference of 1/3 when taking the switch.

If there is a bad midline between the A1 line and the A2 line, the length difference can be obtained first. If the length difference is greater than 3mm, it will be close to the A2 line, and the bottom opening will be needed.

If it is equal to or less than 3mm, it is close to the Ai line, so there is no need to fill the bottom port.

The saddle style shoes refer to the rear middle parts of shoes like saddle shaped shoes, so they are called Saddle Ridge shoes.

The opening position of the saddle style shoe is on the saddle shaped part, and the shoe ears are designed with 3~5 eye positions.

As shown in Fig. 1-7-18, the position of the front opening is at V point, the width of the opening is medium, and generally takes 10~12 mm.

According to the previous design experience, we should use the opposite position take off line to design.

Think about it. Is there any other way?

 

The location of the opening is at V point, but the position of the front break is at about 12mm before the V point. This position is the most concave part of the back midline, and it will be more simple to design the location by using the positioning pick up line.

(1) the opening position is designed from the width of the 10~12mm parallel line of the VE line.

The wide line 10mm is the eye line.

The V point of the crossing door is used as the vertical line of the eye position line. According to the spacing between 6mm and 12mm, 4 eyes are cut out, and then the length of the shoe ear is set.

Then we design the shoe ears and shoe contour lines, as shown in figure 1-7-19.

 

(2) the design of the gang and the front gang was set off before the V point 15mm.

First connect the JV1 to make the front midline, then pass the V point to make the vertical line of the front midline, then design the front arm circular arc broken line.

Take the nearest location on the break line from 0 to 0'.

Take O as the center of the circle, V10'as the radius to make a large arc, and intercept the position to take the corner V1O'V2.

And make V10'V2 = VO'V'.

Then connect the V2V line to the center line of the middle back and trim the outline of the door.

In the position equivalent to the false line, the back part of the hilt is designed.

In the whole shoe, the middle part is a prominent part, so the position of the two sides of the front and back sides should be matched. It must have a certain sense of movement. It also needs to have a sense of stability. The two curved lines should be in a consistent state of bending, so that the style of the design should be unified.

Because it is the connection between the front and back sides of the gang, the narrowest width between the two contours is not less than two stubble.

The design method of shoe tongue parts and back rib parts is same as before.

Complete the bottom stretch and make the difference between the inside and outside.

3. production model

The method of making the template is not constant.

Eye cover shoes are a variant of saddle style shoes.

If the lower foot of the saddle part is removed, an eye cover component is formed, and the front opening design is arranged in 5 eye positions.

If you imitate the 6 eye positions according to the pattern of the sports shoes, you should move the opening forward to one eye position.

This shoe looks very much like sports shoes. Besides the eye cover, there are also decorative strips of T shaped Baotou, rear luggage and shoes, as shown in figure 1-7-20.

 

The shoe mouth is turned over.

If you really want to design sneakers, you should choose the appropriate sports shoe last, according to the design rules of sneakers, and refer to the book "design and attack of sports shoes".

This kind of shoe is the leisure footwear of imitation sports shoes, or according to the method of leather shoes design.

Although the shoe is similar to the saddle style shoe, the opening position is relatively front, and the saddle shaped surface is staggered, so that there is a simpler way to take the pick.

That is to say, on the half panel, take the O point as the center of the circle, and turn the front arm forward to get a positioning and picking angle, which is the position that the midline reaches the A1 line.

But the bottom should not be taken.

In the design of opening shoes with opening shoes or door openings, the way of picking up the handle on the half panel can be adopted.

(1) the design of the front opening and the eye cover first draw out the contour line of the half panel, connect 4 basic control lines, and make the picking angle.

Then the 0 points are used to rotate the front support to make the V0 line coincide with the VO line, and then trace the front contour.

The lower back line of the front line should be used in the design.

It is a parallel line from VE wide 12mm. This is the opening control line, which is intersected with the EP line and is the length of the shoe ears.

The lOmm parallel line is the eye line from the open line, and the paralleled line is the eye cover line from the eye line 12mm.

Before the V point, the 12 to 15mm position is set to the Vl point.

First connect the midline of the eye cap, and its length is about 2/3 of the eye lid width.

Then pass the Vl point to make the vertical line of the front midline, then design the front opening and the shoe outline.

The outline of eye cover is designed along the length of eye cover.

There are some changes in the shape of the end of the lid.

6 eyes were cut out on the eyed line, as shown in figure 1-7-21.

 

(2) design other components to design T shaped Baotou at the front end of the eye cover. The width of the middle beam of Baotou should not exceed the width of the front opening.

After the design of the back, the bag and the components.

Decorative strips and tongue parts are also designed.

Although the design of the tongue and the decorative bar overlaps, the outline is not clear, so the template is not affected.

Make the bottom stretch to help distinguish the inside and outside arms.

Finally, various templates are produced.

(3) the method of making sample template is the same. The basic template is shown in figure 1-7-22.

 

As shown in the picture, most of the parts are trimmed and trimmed, with only flanging on the lid.

The shoe is used to turn the seam process, leaving 3 to 4mm stitching.
