Invest 2 Billion Yuan Fine Wool Research Center Settled In Shihezi

5 projects jointly invested by the Shandong Ruyi group, including the national "Ruyi textile industry demonstration base" and the "super fine wool sheep research center", which invested 2 billion yuan in the Shihezi economic and Technological Development Zone.

The 5 items are 6 million medium and high grade worsted fabrics with an annual output of 6 million meters, matching 1 million 500 thousand annual production of worsted fabric suits, an annual output of 30 million meters of pure cotton shirt fabric project, supporting the construction of 10 million shirts items, and the establishment of the national "super fine wool sheep research center" with the eight division of Shihezi.

The project will be officially started in August 28th, and the annual sales revenue will reach 4 billion yuan after commissioning.

Shandong Ruyi technology group, a state-level high-tech enterprise, has the world's advanced textile technology. Its own R & D "Ruyi spinning", namely, efficient short process embedded composite spinning technology, has won the first prize of national science and technology progress, breaking the monopoly of high-end cashmere products by Italy enterprises.

The investment and construction of hi-tech projects in Shihezi marked the deep cooperation between Ruyi group and Shihezi in the fields of wool textile, printing, dyeing, clothing, and base.

Qiu Yafu, chairman of Shandong Ruyi technology group, said at the signing ceremony held here that the best cotton and wool in the country were produced in Xinjiang, while Shihezi has a history of fine wool sheep breeding for decades. It laid a good foundation for "Ruyi" in the breeding and production of super fine wool.

Ruyi group will make full use of its resources and base itself on Xinjiang to enter the Central Asian and Eastern European market and build an international first-class textile enterprise.
