    2010 Years Of Internal Training

    From June 7th to 10, more than 70 staff members of the marketing system, such as organization and operation management center, customer management center, retail support center, and so on, launched 2010 internal training activities. During the four day training, four experts and scholars from Peking University's leadership research center and Shenzhen China International Business Management Institute and other institutions brought students a "feast of thought", which was vividly analyzed from such aspects as excellent leadership training, project management and time management, workplace communication and etiquette, and marketing LED market strategy.


    "Just like mobile phones have been charging for a long time, enterprises must also inject new energy into their employees and provide new ideas through continuous training."

    Liu Yali, director of the training, said, "inviting experts with rich experience in marketing to teach the company is to continuously improve the management and actual combat capabilities of the internal marketing personnel and better serve the sales."


    Leadership training


    In June 7th, in a relaxed and pleasant greeting, Professor Yang Sizhuo, director of the leadership research center of Peking University, "the 360 degree discipline of excellent leadership" opened the prelude to this series of training.


    In the course of training, Prof. Yang Sizhuo made a profound understanding of the common problems of ordinary managers in his daily work. He focused on the six abilities that an excellent leader needs to cultivate: learning ability, determination, organization, teaching, implementation and cohesion, and evolved into a decomposable six force model.


    This magic six force model enables leadership to stay at the theoretical level for a long time to achieve a clear understanding of its leadership structure, so as to enhance its leadership skills and build its own unique leadership.

    At the same time, it is also conducive to the company's overall evaluation of the leadership of the management group, optimizing the management team, and managing the managers according to the tendency of comprehensive evaluation for quality allocation, so that they can play an effective role in the appropriate leadership positions.

    In June 8th, Professor Chen Deqi, a researcher at Shenzhen Business International Management Research Institute, brought many inspirations to students through a project management and time management course.


    From the basic content of project and project management, Mr. Chen Deqi introduced the "1341 models" ("1"), that is, clear objectives; "3", namely, environmental performance, project manager and life cycle of performance standards; "4", namely organizational guarantee, information assurance, resource guarantee, and measures assurance; "1", namely overall management and control, and analyzed the main contents of project management from scope management, time management, cost (cost) management, quality management, human resource management, risk management, communication management, procurement and contract management and comprehensive management.

    At the training site, the participants were divided into 6 groups, including "project scope specification", "decomposing project work structure" and "list of project work lists".

    During the training session of the project scope statement, some students' projects such as "clothing inventory digestion in summer 2010", "Fuzhou market development" and "Dragon Boat Festival Promotion" have been fully recognized by all of us.


    In terms of time management, Professor Chen Deqi has focused on five key points, such as critical path, time quadrant, effective authorization, effective communication, self-discipline and self-restraint through a large number of cases. He hopes that the students will plan carefully, implement them accurately and control them in time, so as to achieve goals with high efficiency, high efficiency and high speed.


    Workplace communication etiquette

    In the course, Lin Hai first enumerated nine common communication problems, and explained the password map of human behavior in professional communication, and read people's heart from listening to eight basic knowledge.

    In the course of explaining, she interspersed the trainees in the role simulation training, and combined with the numerous historical allusions such as the retreat of the Qin Dynasty, the soldiers of Wu Qiai, and the death of Yue Fei, systematically introduced the various skills needed in the work communication, and proposed that we should learn to use the principles of "uplink, understanding first; downlink, persuasion as the first; lateral, coordination as the upper; oblique, borrowing power as the" communication tips; we should understand the interests and distinguish the types, and avoid "minefields", so as to enhance communication efficiency and reduce communication costs.


    In addition, Lin Hai has briefly explained the etiquette, behavior, business dealings and other etiquette that professionals should pay attention to, enhancing the overall quality of students.


    Strategic thinking


    On the last day of training, Du Xiangchen, director of Shenzhen Business International Management Research Institute, brought a brilliant speech on "strategic thinking of marketing" to all trainees.


    During the whole day's training, he combined with the characteristics of shoes and clothing industry, and through a large number of cases such as the strategic pformation of marketing and the analysis of competition level of similar commodities, elaborated on the marketing strategy thinking of "understanding the environment, researching the industry, analyzing customers, forecasting the trend, facing the ego, grasping opportunities, choosing the trade-offs and positioning accurately", as well as the marketing strategy of eight elements: "customer group, commodity category, brand sample, price strategy, promotion, distribution road, competitor, cultural power".


    As for how to forge strategic thinking of enterprises, he said at least to pay attention to "four great efforts": first, to grasp the market environment and the evolution of competition pattern; two, to create the characteristics of enterprises and brands; three, to clarify the strategic positioning and matching elements of enterprises; four, to grasp the tonality and connotation of brands and commodities.


    Thinking decides the way out. Finally, Du Xiangchen hopes that the students will cultivate the height and vision of strategic thinking, plan for the long term, take the whole situation as a whole, and break through the stereotype.


    "The internal training is full of actual combat. The teacher put the marketing theory into the rich case studies and vivid simulation training, and put forward many operable suggestions to avoid the boring training for a long time. At the same time, through the situational interaction and brainstorming, we stimulated the thinking. We reconsidered the current work from their respective perspectives and benefited greatly."
