Online supermarket delivers goods to your door within two hours
Century Lianhua Supermarket, which has many stores in Hangzhou, recently launched the "Lianhua Shopping Network" and began its public beta.

From the price point of view, all online goods are member prices (the same as the member prices in the supermarket). The goods can be delivered from 30 yuan to 100 yuan, but you need to pay 5 yuan for transportation. If the price exceeds 100 yuan, the goods can be delivered home for free.
After the reporter randomly ordered a few items to the shopping cart, he went to the settlement page and saw that there were two payment methods: one was online payment with UnionPay card, the other was payment on delivery, which could pay cash. The staff would also bring mobile POS machines to the door, which could swipe UnionPay cards or Lianhua electronic consumption cards.

The goods are delivered three times a day, namely at 10:00 am, 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Once the delivery is completed, it can generally be delivered to the customer within two hours, but the customer needs to submit the order half an hour before the delivery. For example, if the customer wants to receive the goods before 12:00 noon, he should submit the order before 9:30 a.m.
Due to the limited radiation range of the five stores, there is a certain blind spot in the delivery range at present. The staff said that other stores of Lianhua would also join in the next century.
Online department stores may promote more than physical stores
The online shopping channel "Yintai Hui" of the department store chain Yintai Department Store is planned to be launched in September, and its online fashion channel has been launched in May. The relevant person in charge said that the goods and brands operated online would be the same as those in the mall, including more than 100000 pieces of single products from more than 200 brands, including clothing, cosmetics, shoes and hats, bags, jewelry, luxury goods, etc. Not only the type, but also the price will be the same as that of the physical stores
In the same way, the promotion of online stores will be different from that of physical stores. According to the income and purchase habits of online customers, targeted promotions will be launched.
In the United States, South Korea and other e-commerce developed countries, the online sales of traditional department stores have occupied an important part. According to the relevant person in charge, among the top 20 B2C websites in developed e-commerce regions such as Europe, the United States, South Korea and Japan, the top 10 are mainly Internet companies, while the 11-20 are already full of traditional retail chain groups. In China, no traditional retail group has entered the ranking.

On the website of Macys, a large chain department store in the United States, yesterday's main promotional slogan was "20% discount for all online purchases", which not only clearly indicates that the discount is greater than that of physical stores, but also that some preferential products are only available online.
It is understood that the online store model similar to Macy's may be the target of Yintai Department Store. At present, Macy's has about 810 stores with an annual sales volume of about 20 billion dollars. Industry insiders analyzed that such a large number of stores and such a high sales volume are enough for malls to win lower prices and proprietary goods when negotiating with brands, which is also the main reason why Macy's online stores sell cheaper than physical stores. At this year's supplier conference, Yintai Department Store Group said that it had signed strategic cooperation agreements with 188 brands from 60 suppliers. Yintai will provide these strategic cooperation brands with preferential policies such as area, location, deduction point, and payment time, and these strategic cooperation brands will provide Yintai Department Store with store opening support and unique goods. It is also necessary to support the upcoming Yintai online store.
Online shop provides services
In addition to selling goods online, there are also shopping malls that use the Internet to make services more comprehensive. Last week, Hangzhou Tower Shopping Mall launched an online service platform, including food reservation, room reservation, commodity shopping guide, valet parking, limousine pickup, appointment delivery, expert team, ticketing and other services. According to the relevant person in charge, at present, the B2C online service platform of Hangzhou Building Shopping Mall focuses on services, integrates medical, tourism, financial and other resources with the help of the mall's own advantages, and provides unique services that are different from other malls. Although currently valet parking, limousine pickup and other services are mainly for gold card and diamond card users, the long-term goal is to provide a living service platform for all VIP guests.
