Exhibitors should ensure the effect of exhibitors. Before choosing the exhibition, they should first choose the most suitable way of exhibiting. The way of exhibition can be simply divided into two categories: collective exhibition and individual exhibition.
There are basically two forms of collective exhibition: first, collective participation, which refers to a country, region or an industry participating in an exhibition at a collective level. It shows as a group of national groups, industry groups and group companies. Two is a joint exhibition, and over two exhibitors form a collective exhibition unit.
In general, there are specialized personnel in charge of exhibition organization. For small and medium-sized enterprises without experience and relevant market knowledge, their strength is not good enough, especially in developing international market. However, collective exhibition will be restricted in the exhibition area, exhibition time, booth design, exhibition style, staffing and so on.
Compared with collective exhibitions, the exhibition is individually exhibited by exhibitors. Exhibitors directly participate in an exhibition on display alone. This is the most common form of exhibition. They not only require certain exhibition knowledge and technology, but also need to spend a certain amount of money and manpower. However, independent exhibitors have greater autonomy, so they can design their own characteristics, display their real strength and enhance their popularity.
Different exhibitors have different advantages and disadvantages. Exhibitors should choose suitable exhibition methods according to their own needs and strength so as to achieve the best exhibition effect.
