    If there is any resistance to the implementation of the wage consultation system in enterprises, 22.96% of the respondents believe that the enterprise union must listen to the boss, and 22.94% of the respondents believe that it is difficult to establish trade unions. 8.20% of the respondents believe that the boss has psychological conflict, 22.94% of the respondents believe that the government's support is not enough. 22.96% of the respondents believe that the process is various and the calculation is difficult, which is also a reason for the promotion of the wage consultation system.

    What will be the impact on the textile and garment industry? 26.14% of respondents believe that this has solved the problem of difficulty in formulating the wage quota in the industry. It is considered that 26.15% of the respondents who dissolve the labor disputes and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees in the industry are 26.15%, 26.15% of the respondents believe that they have standardized the minimum wage standard and stable labor relations, 10.79% of the respondents believe that the use of wage consultation system will lead to a reduction in corporate profits, while 10.77% of respondents believe that the comparative advantage of labor costs in the industry is reduced and export competitiveness is reduced.


    Can the wage consultation system be successfully popularized in the whole country? 33.56% of the respondents were very confident about this, and 13.49% of the respondents thought that the 52.95% of the respondents in the neutral state could not.


    A total of 27339 people participated in the survey. Among them, 46% were managers of textile and garment enterprises, 52.96% were employees of textile and garment enterprises, and the rest accounted for 1.04%.
