Registered Trademarks Of Hangzhou Garment Enterprises Increase Sharply
Yesterday, 2010 Hangzhou trademark series activities officially started. At the launching ceremony, the Hangzhou Administration for Industry and Commerce issued the "Hangzhou trademark brand development report".
Last year, the application amount of trademark registration in Hangzhou reached 19 thousand and 400. In that year, 18 thousand and 800 new authorized trademarks were registered, and the number of trademark applications and registration reached an all-time high.
The number of effective registration of trademarks increased by 17.6% over the same period last year.
As of the end of last year, the total number of effective registered trademarks in Hangzhou reached 56 thousand and 800, registered trademarks of agricultural products were about 19 thousand and 500, trademarks were registered more than 0.6 international, and the average number of registered trademarks per 100 enterprises and self-employed persons was 12.48, up 11% from the same period last year.
In addition, Hangzhou has 78 well-known trademarks, 320 famous trademarks in Zhejiang, and the number of well-known trademarks and registered trademarks in Hangzhou.
The city is at the forefront.
At present, the Hangzhou industrial and commercial bureau has set up a contact bank for the famous foreign trade names, and has initially established four industrial, commercial, counterfeiting and rights protection cooperation networks in Hangzhou, Jiaqing, lake and Shaoxing.
According to statistics, from 2005 to 2009, Hangzhou filed a total of 4791 trademark cases, fined 42 million 790 thousand yuan, seized and eliminated 900 thousand illegal trademarks, and handed over 15 cases to the public security organs.
According to the classified statistics of trademark classification approved by the trade mark, as of the end of last year, the number of registered trademarks in Hangzhou was the largest, reaching 4646, ranking second and third respectively in electronic equipment and agricultural and sideline products.
On the one hand, the brand awareness of these brands is strong. On the other hand, it highlights the low proportion of trademark registration in the third industry represented by the service industry.
