Take leather shoes as an example, a pair of finished leather shoes import tariffs of 33%, 10% for semi finished products, 12 thousand pairs for each container's finished shoes, and 31 thousand pairs for semi-finished shoes; for garments, for example, the tariffs on finished products are about 9 dollars per kilogram, while the semi finished products are 2.8~6.1 dollars, which greatly reduces production and transportation costs. At the same time, registration of manufacturers, trademarks and sales companies in Russia will ensure that the products are legal and legitimate, and can also carry out normal market promotion and brand cultivation. At present, a total of 10 garment processing enterprises have signed contracts in Dongning, and 3 of them have been put into production.

At present, a number of domestic clothing, electronics, electrical and mechanical manufacturers and Dongning's domestic and overseas parks have reached an agreement, and they are handling various entry procedures.
