    Wear is inevitable, especially the synchronous belt skidding, resulting in the machine can not be used normally.

    When the operator changes to the new synchronous belt, but because of the adjustment is not in place, it is easy to cause breakdowns, such as needle jumping, disconnection and no feeding. Therefore, the adjustment of synchronous belt is also the key to ensure the whole operation of shoulder pads.


    The structure of shoulder pads is basically the same as that of the upper sleeves, but there are more cutter mechanisms than the upper sleeves.

    With the increase of use time, machine parts inevitably wear out, especially the synchronous belt skidding, causing the machine to be unable to use normally.

    If the operator changes to the new synchronous belt, but because the adjustment is not in place, it is easy to cause the breakdown of the needle jumping, disconnection and no feeding.


    To solve this problem, the following is a summary of the adjustment operation of the replacement of the synchronous belt of the shoulder pads by taking the 697 of the type of shoulder pad machine as an example for reference by colleagues.


      

    Shoulder pads

    After changing the new synchronous belt, we can first hit the upper axle to the right. After installing the belt pulley, the upper axle must not move about and fix the upper shaft synchronous pulley, install the take-up rod and place it in place, put the needle rack (the needle slider should fall into the slot of the needle rack), then install the pin rack block, the fixing block and the foot guide rail.


    Second, connection.

    And feed the foot pressing connecting rod, locate the upper shaft needle bar, feed the presser foot up and down movement and the positioning screw on the cutter driving cam, tighten the fastening screws; basically locate the pin cam to connect their respective connecting rods, and install presser foot, machine needle, needle bar cover, head side cover, belt wheel cover, synchronizer and so on.


    After installing the above components, we need to make the following adjustment:


    Adjustment of feeding of 1. needle and pendulum needle


    The correct timing of the machine needle and pin feeding is: when the feed is finished, the tip of the machine just leaves the pinhole of the lower feeding tooth and is in the same plane with the lower feeding tooth.

    Check the time phase of the feeding tooth and the machine needle, unscrewed the 3 screws to drive the cam, and turn the cam to the correct position, so that the needle is located in the center of the lower feeding tooth, then tighten the 3 screws of the driving cam.

    Improper adjustment will lead to faults such as the size of the needle, the tight bottom line and so on.

    The correct time phase is: the needle descends to the bottom dead point, and the lower feeding tooth reaches the highest point.

    The upper and lower movements of the feed are controlled separately by the respective axes of the upper and lower axes, while the upper shaft has a positioning platform. When removing, the positioning screws must be removed and only the fastening screws are left.

    When adjusting the lower shaft cam, we can adjust the lower shaft synchronous pulley or directly adjust the cam. If the adjustment is not in place, there will be no feeding, bottom line start and so on.


    3. adjustment of feeding presser and presser presser foot.


    The upper and lower movements of the feed presser and the presser presser are controlled by the upper cam with the same cam (the cutter is driven by the cam).

    When the cam is installed, it can identify the positioning platform on the upper shaft. When the two presser work, the upper and lower switches are exchanged. The correct exchange phase is: the needle drops to the lower dead center, and the feed pressure foot also descends to the minimum, and the presser presser foot reaches the highest (the presser presser foot plate bottom is away from the needle plate 5mm).

    Loosening drives the first connecting rod screw on the cam, adjusts the exchange height of the two presser feet. If the adjustment is not in place, there will be failures such as failure of feeding or too small needle.


    Adjustment of 4. machine needle and rotary shuttle


    The correct hook time of the machine needle and the rotary spindle is that when the machine needle picks up, the spindle point is located along the needle thread hole of the machine, along the 1mm, loosening the two screws of the lower fan gear of the rotary spindle to adjust the hook time. (after adjusting the fastening screws of the first connecting rod shaft on the cam, adjusting the two corresponding six angle screws, the needle bar can be adjusted early or late).


    The left and right clearance between the spindle and the needle is 0mm to 0.01mm. The screws of the rotary spindle base are adjusted to adjust the left and right movements of the pendulum frame, and the needle can touch the needle slightly. If the adjustment is not in place, there will be a breakdown such as jumping and breaking.


    In addition, attention should be paid to the wear of the shuttle spindle when adjusting. (the new shuttle point is about 2mm with the supporting line hook). If the wear is serious, the new shuttle should be replaced in time.
