    In the past ten years, we have launched four major products. The KASS enterprise content management system is the first product of our enterprise, and is also the first enterprise document content management system in China. After ten years of polishing, the product is now the fourth generation product.

    Our KASS enterprise content management system is mainly to help complete the enterprise's content aggregation, and document management, process management and other basic operations, including collection, archiving, collaboration and so on.

    In the past few years, we have already felt that the data of enterprises will grow rapidly, so we started developing our distributed storage system in 2009.

    Because enterprise culture management has different requirements for storage and ordinary storage requirements, it has its own characteristics.

    In 2013, we launched the KFS private cloud storage system.

    GB is the first customer of this product, our KFS private cloud storage system and KASS enterprise content management system. Their throughput is EB level.

    Our KASS and KFS customers are mainly large and medium-sized enterprises.

    In the first half of this year, we launched the enterprise file management software and hardware integration solution, which is our file management integrated machine developed for small and medium sized and growing enterprises. The product name is called "start file box".

    This product solves the problem of cloud content that has been troubling our customers for a long time. This product has made great efforts to solve problems with technology, and is committed to making innovations in the intelligent application of enterprise content.

    In the past ten years, we have been focusing on customers, using our products and services to bring value to our customers, supporting our customers' information construction and helping our customers improve their business efficiency.

    We have a typical customer, headquartered in Beijing, and many other branches in other cities.

    Their documents are managed and used in terms of project dimensions. Due to geographical decentralization or relatively independent nature of projects, information sharing within the entire group is not smooth.

    Shanghai branch does not know what items and experience of Beijing headquarters can learn from their headquarters.

    Content management system covers a wide range, but the understanding of this system is uneven. Some people even think that it is just a document "disk".

    Therefore, we will comply with or respect the management system and some habits of our company. The application of our products will be appropriate to the scene.

    For example, what is the current status of general project management? Starting from the project approval, the project is completed, and then implemented and monitored. There must be a set of software in the whole process.

    The worst way is to follow the Excel form, and then the implementation of the project and the specific creation must be based on a separate set of software.

    Then, the two sides reached a consensus. Under the line, the evaluation and countersigning is a set of software. Finally, the results will be archived with a set of software.

    In the entire project process, you are interleaving each software, so it will be very complicated and troublesome.
