The KASS enterprise content management system is the first product of our enterprise, and is also the first enterprise document content management system in China. Our KASS enterprise content management system is mainly to help complete the enterprise's content aggregation, and document management, process management and other basic operations, including collection, archiving, collaboration and so on.

In the past few years, we have already felt that the data of enterprises will grow rapidly, so we started developing our distributed storage system in 2009.

Because enterprise culture management has different requirements for storage and ordinary storage requirements, it has its own characteristics.

In 2013, we launched the KFS private cloud storage system.

GB is the first customer of this product, our KFS private cloud storage system and KASS enterprise content management system. Their throughput is EB level.

Our KASS and KFS customers are mainly large and medium-sized enterprises.

In the first half of this year, we launched the enterprise file management software and hardware integration solution, which is our file management integrated machine developed for small and medium sized and growing enterprises. The product name is called "start file box".

This product solves the problem of cloud content that has been troubling our customers for a long time. This product has made great efforts to solve problems with technology, and is committed to making innovations in the intelligent application of enterprise content.

In the past ten years, we have been focusing on customers, using our products and services to bring value to our customers, supporting our customers' information construction and helping our customers improve their business efficiency.

We have a typical customer, headquartered in Beijing, and many other branches in other cities.

Their documents are managed and used in terms of project dimensions. Due to geographical decentralization or relatively independent nature of projects, information sharing within the entire group is not smooth.

Shanghai branch does not know what items and experience of Beijing headquarters can learn from their headquarters.

Sometimes, when Shanghai knows a design of a project in Beijing, the current project in Shanghai can be used for reference or directly taken over.

The rise of enterprise mobile office makes office hours fragmented, office hardware terminals and office applications diversify, so the content of enterprises is scattered and fragmented.

These contents are indeed useful for enterprises, how to assemble and store them centrally. Our current situation is "one paper system", which requires employees to upload their own, but the effect is not ideal.

This gives us more room to redefine the way we use corporate documents.

Second, in-depth understanding of customer business processes, support business closed-loop.

Business is the lifeline of an enterprise. If our products can't help their businesses improve, then this product is dispensable.

Therefore, we will comply with or respect the management system and some habits of our company. The application of our products will be appropriate to the scene.

For example, what is the current status of general project management? Starting from the project approval, the project is completed, and then implemented and monitored. There must be a set of software in the whole process.

The worst way is to follow the Excel form, and then the implementation of the project and the specific creation must be based on a separate set of software.

Then, the two sides reached a consensus. Under the line, the evaluation and countersigning is a set of software. Finally, the results will be archived with a set of software.

In the entire project process, you are interleaving each software, so it will be very complicated and troublesome.

So how do we solve this problem?

These business processes are integrated into a set of systems, projects are set up, and then developed, reviewed, archived and published together. The whole business process is in our system, and the employees will use it very well.

Third, for content usage scenarios, deep customization of content applications.

For example, some of our customers do tests for others, and the period before the test is not related to us. But once we start testing, it will involve enterprise content management. Ultimately, customers will also get test results from our system.

We will link this whole scene chain, combine scenes, customize content applications, support business closed-loop, and this is also our efforts.

Fourth, build enterprise content ecology.

Targeting specific industries

We produce content or form partnerships with corresponding content producers to provide content directly to customers.

Our customers will produce their own content, but they also want to get content in some industries.

In this case, in fact, this also gives us space, so we will also try to use our own technology to get some industry content and provide it to our customers.

We will also try to produce content with some content producers, such as some technology related, I integrate content into our system.

In fact, this is a concept of content ecology. We will try to do the content ourselves, and we will try to introduce other people's content.

In interaction with customers, we also find that different industries use different tools, and they export different content types and file formats.
