The park is located in qetai well, an industrial town in the western part of Erdos city. It covers an area of 26 square kilometers. It is an autonomous regional recycling economy demonstration base built by a group of enterprises.

Since 2003, the group has invested 14 billion yuan in total, and the circular economy industry with coal, electricity, metallurgy, chemical industry and home ownership as its backbone has already put into operation the whole chain.
