I. The term of the agreement: from the date of signing, to the termination of the labor contract by Party B.

Three, content of the agreement

5. the company shall include the smoking safety record in the assessment scope of Party B's individual and department.

Four, liability for breach of contract

If Party B has committed a fire hazard, danger or fire to damishu.com due to smoking this time, Party A will give the party a different amount of penalty depending on the circumstances. If a direct economic loss is caused to Party A, in addition to fully assuming economic losses, I shall also pursue corresponding legal liabilities in accordance with relevant laws. The accident itself and the leaders of this department and all personnel in this department will receive different administrative penalties from Party A for their management and supervision. The fines arising therefrom shall be borne by Party B.

The specific rules are as follows:

1. if a cigarette holder is found in a personal basket, it will be fined 50 yuan per person and his department.

2. if the present office area smokers are fined at 200 yuan.

3. if a cigarette butt is found after smoking in a smoking area, a fine of 500 yuan shall be imposed.

4. if a fire danger is caused, a fine ranging from $2000 to $5000 will be imposed.

5. smokers should supervise each other. If many people smoke together, the safety accident will be caused by mutual supervision. The fines will be fined according to the above penalty rules.
