4. obligations of both parties

4.1 Party A

A. party a must carry out the project in accordance with the contents of the project plan and bear full responsibility for the adverse effects and consequences of the project.

In case of failure to implement the project plan, Party B shall be notified one week in advance.

B. after receipt of the appropriated payment, the receipt signed by the project leader shall be submitted.

C. Party A is obliged to submit the project report and financial report to Party B regularly, and the financial report is required to be clearly filled out according to the form attached.

The final report contains the whole project summary report, the financial summary of the whole project, the list of bills incurred after the interim report and the relevant notes:

The contents of the project report must be true and reliable, and reflect the situation of the project in a complete way.

The full appropriation of funding is based on the authenticity of project reports and finances.

To adjust the time of submission of the project report, Party B must be notified one week before the time of submission of the project report.

D. funds can only be used for application projects. Party B has the right to adjust the amount of actual funding according to the financial reports and bills submitted.

E. in any project related publications and publicity, Party B must provide funding for the project.

F. Party A shall give Party B the right to supervise and evaluate the projects it subsidized, and at the same time must cooperate with the representatives of Party B to supervise the project, and give Party B the right to disclose relevant information of the funded projects.

4.2 Party B

Provide funding for the projects under the agreement.

Grants are allocated in two batches:

The first batch of A. will be paid within one week after receipt of the agreement and account information signed by the sponsor.

5. disputes and conciliation

All disputes related to project funding shall be settled by coordination.

All disputes will be settled by negotiation.

Party B reserves the right to stop funding and recover all or part of the grant.

6. entry into force

There are two copies of this agreement.

This Agreement shall come into force once both parties sign it.
