Therefore, formulating a practical plan is very important and necessary for the beginning of a job.
First, the structure of the plan is generally composed of three parts: title, text and inscription.
Title.
The title of a plan document should be straightforward, what plan is the name, no beat around the Bush, and no general headline.
For example, "2007 personal work plan".
Text.
The body of the planning document is usually divided into four parts:
Introduction: introduce the background of writing this plan, and show the basis, purpose and significance of the plan.
Task: This is the core of the planning document, and is the goal and direction of any project.
The general tasks should be unified and summarized, and the specific tasks should be written separately.
Factor analysis: this part is the analysis of various favorable and unfavorable factors for completing the task, or the assessment of the possibility of completing the task.
Measures and steps: measures and steps should be written concretely.
Inscription.
If the title has been signed, the end should be omitted.

There are actually many kinds of plans:
More long-term and ambitious for "planning"; closer and specific for the "arrangement".
More complicated and comprehensive for the "plan"; relatively concise and general for the "main points."
More in-depth and meticulous for the "plan"; relatively rough and rudimentary "imagination".

In the past year, I have made unremitting efforts to make our products gradually recognized by customers in the market, won the praise from customers, and also gained valuable sales experience and some successful customer groups.
This is what I think is better.
But from last year's sales performance, my work is not good, it can be said that sales have failed.
There are many reasons, but I think the most basic factor is that the amount of customer visits is too small, the communication with customers is not thorough enough, and the development of new businesses is not enough. There is no clear goal in the work.
In view of this, I have made specific plans for my work this year.
I. sales target
This year's sales target is the most basic monthly income account.
According to the sales tasks assigned by the company, the tasks are decomposed to monthly, weekly and daily tasks according to the specific circumstances, and the sales targets are decomposed and refined, and the sales tasks of each time period are completed, and sales performance is improved based on the completion of sales tasks.
Two, market analysis
Nowadays, there are many brands of similar products in the market. Our products are superior in terms of quality and function and sell high on price.
In the process of selling products this year, the most involved problem is the price of products. There are a few customers who lose their orders because of the price.
In the face of small customers, price is not a particularly important problem, but when the quantity of purchases is relatively large, customers are very sensitive to the price of products.
In this year's sales work, I think the price of products should be properly floated to promote sales.
In view of the fact that our company has entered the market late, the reputation and price of products have no advantage, and the market pressure is great. So I put the main market in the prefecture level city, where the market competition is relatively smaller than that of the provincial level.
With the reduction of external factors and the flexibility of my sales method, I believe that it will be better than before.

Three. Work plan and measures
In this year's work, I will mainly do the following tasks:
1. continuously improve their business capabilities, use weekends or holiday time to develop activities with customers to enhance communication with customers.
2., set up a self-improvement sales system, draw up a business process, and change the bad habits that are not planned.
3. play a subjective role in the sales work, have a high sense of responsibility for the work and enhance the sense of ownership.
Do not lose a single, do not run alone, no dead debt phenomenon.
4., we should focus on developing the prefecture level market and establish sales outlets in the region.
