    Miss Su and her husband work in other units, and have no rest for the whole year, working eight hours a day.

    So the shop was temporarily taken care of by its cousin and recruited a shopping guide because there was no systematic training, and the shopping guide's ability was not strong enough.

    Now underwear salesmen are hard to recruit, so Miss Su looks at the new shopping guide and is able to help her in the shop. So she left her, but the business in the shop has been bad. This also makes Miss Su headache, and I don't know how to turn it around.

    In order to make the business in the shop better, Miss Su wants to do everything. She is going to enrich the product line.

    Because the goods in the store are single, only the bra brand of the company is added, and there is no other product in addition to a part of the household.

    Later, under the guidance of peers, she was prepared to have a good quality second line brand, and then appropriately supplement the three line brand goods.

    She was resolutely opposed by her mother when the plan was ready for implementation.


    Because Miss Su was busy at work, her cousin left the shop after she left in the evening.

    So her mother usually had more time in the shop than Miss Su, and in many cases, her mother made a decision for Miss Su privately.

    Besides, her mother's temper was noisy and business was bad, so she could pull her face all day.

    At ordinary times Miss Su wanted to give gifts to her activities, and she hid the gifts.

    Miss Su was so depressed that she could not think of any way out.

    This time, Miss Su said she wanted to invest more. Her mother wanted to jump up. Miss Su quarreled, and even broke off her relationship to stop Miss Su.

    Some people may say that such a thing should be settled well, but every family has a hard nut to crack, and the mother's quick temper, usually Miss Su has not quarreled with her, but Miss Su does not want to hurt her mother's heart.     However, Miss Su is a strong person. In the case of old shops that have not yet been sublet, she rented a shop in another busy street, ready to make a comeback, or chose underwear business. However, when she started her career, she accumulated a lot of experience in the second venture. So, for the future, she is full of confidence and believes that she will succeed.

    For the failure of the first venture, she found that the most important factors were too blind in the initial choice of the brand, lack of adequate market research, family participation and too much management, and the most important thing was that she was not 100% dedicated to the store.


    So when she opened the second new store, she would quit her job and devote herself to the underwear business.
