China Shoes Promote Shoe Industry To High-End Industry Development

China's shoemaking industry is known as "three states and one capital". "Three states" refers to coastal Guangzhou, Wenzhou and Quanzhou, and "one capital" is Chengdu.

In the most concentrated footwear industry in Wuhou District, footwear sales in 2009 amounted to about 35000000000 yuan, 7 times that of 2003, and most of them were women's shoes. Wuhou District was awarded the title of "women's shoes city of China" by China Light Industry Federation.

The 160 Mu Park, which was originally built for shoemaking enterprises, has just completed a more than 260 thousand square meter modern building. This is the "Wuhou International Shoes Capital" which integrates shoe trade, product development, personnel training, information dissemination and raw material supply.

Among them, only the "Wuhou direct shoe city" has more than 42000 square meters, and there are 135 manufacturers in the market. In the future, it will become the largest mid and high-end shoe display and Trade Center in the West.

At present, shoe city is actively associated with design institutes such as France and Italy, and talks about setting up points to help local enterprises develop new products and train designers.

Dong Li, Secretary of the Wuhou District Standing Committee and propaganda department, said that although the size of the footwear industry in Wuhou District is not small, in the past, it was mostly OEM production, at the low end of the industrial chain, and the production of a pair of high-end women's shoes could only earn 2% of the processing fees.

In order to change this situation, in recent years, according to the unified arrangement of the whole city, the district has actively guided enterprises to work hard to improve their design ability, cultivate their own brands, establish marketing channels and stores, and enter the high-end industry.

After hard work, Wuhou District shoemaking enterprises already have a batch of brands that are called loud, such as the cards, and so on.

The reporter saw a huge oxygen tank being built in the production area of Qingbaijiang Chengdu giant stone group.

This is the most advanced kiln pure oxygen combustion system in China. It will thoroughly solve the technical problems of large energy consumption and exhaust emissions caused by inadequate combustion of boilers.

"The project will be put into operation in the near future, not only saving 50 thousand cubic meters of natural gas per day, but also achieving zero emissions of sulfur dioxide," the technician told reporters.

In March 2, 2009, the 105 sintering flue gas desulphurization project with a total investment of 45 million yuan in Panzhihua Iron and steel company, the largest enterprise in Qingbaijiang District, was officially put into operation. It could reduce sulfur dioxide emissions by 4500 tons annually and reduce emissions by more than 200 tons annually.

While promoting the development of traditional industries to high-end industries, Chengdu has also accelerated the creation of a major base for new industries such as new energy, e-commerce and 3G.

In the past few years, the city of Shuangliu County has nurturing new energy as a high-end industry.

Liao Weizhong, director of the county Party committee and director of the new energy industry park management committee, told reporters that from 2008 to the first half of this year, Shuangliu County signed an agreement with Print-Rite new energy, China photoelectric Apollo, hina holdings, China Nuclear Power Research Institute and other enterprises and institutions, and introduced 28 new energy major projects focusing on photovoltaic, photothermal, nuclear and wind energy, with a total investment of 64 billion 80 million yuan.

With the gradual commissioning of the project, the county's new energy industry is developing rapidly. In the first half of this year, the industrial added value of 1 billion 980 million yuan was achieved, and the sales revenue reached 6 billion 200 million yuan.
