In the past two years, there are many orders coming from home, so the enterprises are very interested. They want to attend the exhibition voluntarily.

Entrepreneurs say that I am from Heshan, and people will mention Heshan men's shoes, and many people take the initiative to come to Heshan to look for orders. This shows that through exhibition and publicity, we have started the regional brand, thus driving the sales of the entire production base.

Reporter: in the past two years, the Guangdong area has a high demand for environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction. How does Heshan's shoe enterprises deal with it?

Wu Jingliang: Chairman Zhang Shuhua often said that leather industry is a traditional industry, but it is not a sunset industry. It is a fashion creative industry. We strongly agree with this view.

Leather shoes are necessities for ordinary people to live. The development of shoemaking industry has its market base. China has such a large market that it is impossible for the industry to die.

Now, Guangdong has a very high demand for environmental protection. We are very strict in environmental protection and quality control. We dare not relax.

Reporter: what is the employment situation in Heshan now? Is there any problem of recruitment?

Wu Jingliang: now the general wage in Heshan is over 2500-3000 yuan / month for the whole year, but it also has the problem of hard work.

Our shoe industry association of Heshan also wants a lot of ways, for example, to cooperate with the labor market and labor companies in Shenzhen.

Three months ago, we recruited more than 300 people from Shenzhen and divided them into 3-4 factories, and there were about 60-70 people in each factory.

Now it is coming to the end of the year. If we can keep these people, it will be beneficial for the company to employ next year.

Reporter: how about the order of export? Does the change of exchange rate and the appreciation of RMB affect the business greatly?

Wu Jingliang: export enterprises are greatly influenced by exchange rate and external economic environment. The situation faced by export enterprises in recent two years is very grim.

Last year and last year, some enterprises failed to survive the financial crisis and went bankrupt.

However, there are not many export enterprises in Heshan, most of which are OEM for big brand enterprises in China. The domestic market is still good, so our order is still relatively good.

Reporter: online shopping has been full of momentum for two years. Has the shoe companies in Heshan tried this?

Wu Jingliang: many higher shoe companies are trying, but they are commissioned by other companies, such as selling products on behalf of Taobao. This is the initial stage of trial.

The effect is not very good now, mainly because the environment of online shopping is still very complicated. Many fake products adulterate, but it affects the sale of high quality products. But the men's shoes in Heshan are still very high. So we still explore step by step in this area.
