    If it weren't for an accident that nearly paralyzed her, maybe Zang would spend the rest of her life in the bottom.

    At that time, she was a miscellaneous worker in a restaurant. Unfortunately, she was hit by a bruise and fractured her waist.

    Zang girl resolutely filed a lawsuit against the court and won the lawsuit.

    However, this strong Shandong girl simply refused to pay 30 thousand yuan for the owner of the restaurant, so long as she deserved the salary of 4500 yuan.

    Later, Zang girl refused the help of Hongkong social welfare department.

    For the sake of his daughter and for life, Zang girl pushes her car and embarks on the Wanchai ferry pier, which was then the hub of Hongkong pportation, and sells her "Beijing dumplings".

    But "Beijing dumplings" is just a general term. With the booming business, someone reminded her to name the dumplings, so she added 4 words on the trolley "Beijing dumplings": Wan Chai Ferry Pier.


    Since then, Zang girl has named the name "dumpling brand", which sells the dumplings as a hawker. The Wan Chai Ferry Pier was officially born.


    The turning point of "two" success


    In the course of her pioneering career, the two important turning points led to the "Wanchai ferry" becoming a famous brand of dumplings.


    It has been selling dumplings for several years at Wanchai wharf, and its unique taste has cultivated a loyal group of consumers.

    An accidental chance, the Japanese daughter of the department store owner was spoiled and the food picky little girl ate 15 dumplings at Wan Chai Ferry at the same time.

    The astute Japanese businessman immediately realized that the Wan Chai Ferry is not an ordinary dumpling. It must have something unique.

    He met with Zang girl and asked to produce dumplings in the factory of Japanese capital department store.

    Japanese department stores repackage the products and operate them as products of Japanese department stores.

    However, the second rounds of negotiations were rejected by the Zang girl: "the brand that I was struggling to build was gone, I handed the prescription to each other, and I was kicked out one day, and I could not even sell hawkers."


    In the third round of negotiations, the Japanese side agreed to follow the "Wanchai ferry" brand, but the address and telephone number were not allowed on the package.

    Zang girl still refused: "the taste of dumplings is always improved by listening to customers' feedback. How can I communicate with customers without the address and telephone? How can I guarantee the quality of products?"


    Finally, a Japanese boss was forced to accept all the requirements of Zang girl, and retained the brand, telephone and address.

    It is interesting that when the Japanese boss asked her how much she would sell to Japan department stores, Zang girl put forward a "12.5 yuan and a box" of "sky high price".

    You know, Zang girl sold a box of dumplings at a retail price of 11 yuan a box.

    "The first and last supplier that sells to me at wholesale price is higher than the retail price," the owner of the Japanese department store, who has been in Hongkong for 28 years, admits.


    With the comprehensive distribution of hundreds of supermarkets in Japanese department stores, the "Wanchai ferry" dumplings in Hongkong quickly became the first brand of frozen food.

    Up to now, Wan Chai wharf has occupied 100% of the fresh dumpling market and 30% strong frozen dumpling market in Hongkong.


    The "three" production base was built.


    In 1985, after several years of accumulation of peddlers' career, Zang girl finally opened the first dumpling factory. With the dumplings into the Japanese department store supermarket in Hongkong, he started another 3 dumplings factory or shop in front.

    On the eve of Hongkong's return, when many people emigrated overseas, Zang girl was quietly preparing to build her first modern large-scale factory.

    Finally, in 1996, in the territory of Hongkong, Zang girl invested heavily in the construction of 1200 square meters of modern factory buildings in line with international standards in Hongkong.

    This has also made the "Wan Chai Ferry" a qualitative leap.


    If the cooperation between the Japanese department store and the Japanese department store made the Wanchai pier pformed from a hawker to a small factory, their cooperation with the Pillsbury food company of the United States made the production of the dumplings at Wan Chai dock a breakthrough to the modern chemical plant.

    In 1998, Zang girl joined the Pillsbury food company of the United States for a joint venture of 10 million US dollars. The factory set up in Pudong, Shanghai was formally put into production.

    Then the Guangzhou factory after renovation and expansion was formally put into operation.

    Zang girl revealed that despite the market share of Beijing's 20% to 25% frozen products, Wanchai ferry has no production base in Beijing.

    She said: "the base for building factories in Beijing is already in the process of selection. Next year, a new production base will be built in Beijing."


    With the completion of several major production bases, the Wanchai ferry dumplings occupy half of the frozen food market in Southern China, and the output of Wanchai wharf will be further improved. Next year, it will take the lead in exporting to several strong demand countries such as Japan, Korea, Singapore, Australia and so on. At the end of the year, Wanchai ferry terminal has finally begun to move towards the world.


    On the night of Hongkong's return to 10th anniversary, Zang girl wrapped the dumplings with her family and watched the fireworks of Vitoria harbor.

    From a poor woman who had no clothes to eat but had to raise two children to the "dumpling Queen" of the famous earthquake in Hongkong, Zang girl used the experience of 30 years' Hongkong migrant workers to tell Hongkong's legend.
