Shen Jian, vice mayor of Hangzhou industry, technology and pportation, said: "as the largest city in China, Shanghai has better economic development and consumption power than Hangzhou. To this end, the Hangzhou municipal government sponsors enterprises to foster excellent designers and encourage enterprises to open stores or counters in the whole country and even in the world.

Shen Jian said that silk clothing enterprises used to rely entirely on simple processing export. Low added value of products was not conducive to the development of enterprises. He encouraged enterprises to develop to the deep industry chain of R & D, design, production and sale.

Daly, chairman of Hangzhou's largest silk dress enterprise, Fei Jianming, told reporters that many domestic enterprises have begun to pform and upgrade to see who will turn quickly and turn well so that they can survive in the market.

He predicted that with the further upgrading of the international consumer market, there will be a reshuffle in the industry in the next two or three years, and small enterprises with low production capacity may be eliminated.

Therefore, silk enterprises should change from processing and OEM to the whole industry chain of independent R & D, design, processing and sales as soon as possible.
