Experts say that the impact of cotton prices on different types of textile mills is also very different.

For example, large and medium-sized plants have 20 to 2 months of cotton inventory, textile mills use low priced cotton stocks, and according to the latest price of cotton yarn sales, profits will not drop instead of increase.

According to past rule, the peak of cotton price has passed when cotton is exhausted.

So far, the government has introduced measures to stabilize cotton prices, and scholars in Xinjiang, the main cotton producing region, have pointed out that the price of cotton has risen sharply.
