If the accumulative unemployment insurance premium is 1 years or less than 5 years, the longest period will be 12 months. If the accumulative unemployment insurance premium is 5 years or less than 10 years, the longest period will be 18 months, and the accumulative payment of unemployment insurance premium for more than 10 years is the longest period of 24 months.

Unemployed persons have paid unemployment insurance premiums for less than 1 years, but the accumulated unemployment insurance premiums for 1 years or less than 2 years can be regarded as 1 years of unemployment insurance premiums.

Twelfth (combined calculation of remaining period)

The duration of unemployment insurance payments for unemployed persons can be retained.

If the unemployment insurance is repaid after 1 years of re employment and the unemployment insurance premium is again unemployed, the remaining period shall be consolidated.

After the merger, the duration of unemployment insurance payment for unemployed persons will not exceed 24 months.

Thirteenth (calculation of unemployment insurance standard)

The unemployment insurance premium for unemployed persons from first months to twelfth months is determined according to their years of payment of unemployment insurance premiums, and the standard of unemployment insurance premiums drawn from thirteenth months to twenty-fourth months is 80% from first months to twelfth months.

The standard of unemployment insurance should be lower than the minimum wage standard of the city in the current year, higher than the minimum standard of living for urban residents in that year.

Article fourteenth (unemployment insurance payment)

After the unemployment insurance is applied for, the unemployed person may receive unemployment insurance money from the first month after the examination and verification of his conditions. However, the starting time for obtaining unemployment insurance payment shall be counted from the date of applying for unemployment insurance payment.

Unemployment insurance payments are distributed by employment service agencies on a monthly basis.
