    In the face of difficulties and conflicts in work and interpersonal relationships, positive and effective actions are taken to change reality. For example, if you feel that your professional is not right, you can try to find opportunities to mobilize your job. If there are difficulties in interpersonal relations, adjust your way of life, increase communication, eliminate misunderstandings, and try to resolve interpersonal conflicts.
