1. apply for pre inspection work.

After issuing the letter of credit, the customer will generate a cotencna test number accordingly. The exporter will fax the inspection number to cotecna headquarters in Shanghai. Exporters can check the inspection number with the letter of credit number. After receiving the guest's inspection number, Tanner will fax a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION application to the exporter, so it is suggested that the customer service staff of cotecna be followed up after receiving the letter of credit, so as not to delay the time.

2. apply for inspection.

Generally, two to three working days are required to make an appointment. Fill in the application form faxed by cotecna and fax them together with the packing list and the proforma invoice. The application form is two pages in English. They will not be too careful about the packing list and the proforma invoice submitted. The key is the final invoice and commercial invoice submitted at the end of the final inspection. The cotecna will be based on the final documents submitted by the exporter. Besides, the boxes do not need to be very detailed. Call for confirmation after three hours of application.

3. confirm the inspection time.

The application form, packing list and formal invoice will be forwarded to their branches in various cities after 3 hours after confirmation of the fax. They will forward these documents to their branches in various cities and inform the exporters' affiliate numbers and contacts. The exporters can directly contact the branches. In a few hours, you can call the branch to ask for the "inspection notice". Under normal circumstances, the person in charge of the branch will first consult our opinion about the inspection time. The inspection notice forms of each branch are different, but they need to be filled (or confirmed) to inspect the goods at a certain place on a certain day. After filling up, you must return the message and confirm whether the other person has received it. If they receive it, they will send you a "check time confirmation list" to receive the time, otherwise they will call us to ask for the change time.

4. test

It means that when the inspector arrives at the inspection place, the container also needs to be placed. The inspector will need to take photos of the empty container first and not install the cabinet in advance. If the inspector fails to arrive after the arrival of the inspector, the inspector will leave in the shortest 1 hours. If they want to come back, they will have to apply again, and the re application fee will be 1000 yuan. 5. endorsement work

After receipt of the goods, invoice and packing list must be submitted. All documents need to have the inspection number of COTECNA, otherwise they will not accept it. The invoice must be endorsed. It is better to send the original copy to them and send them back. The endorsement time is 3 working days. When they are about the same time, they must call them on their own initiative, otherwise they will not inform us that the documents have been endorsed, and it is very strange. After the endorsement, they did not send the documents, but we asked them to send the courier company to Shanghai to pick up the pieces, and to explain the inspection number to the express. Another way is to send them to pay, but it is very troublesome to send them to the letter of guarantee.

6. valuation

COTECNA has a special Valuation Department. After the valuation is completed, according to them, they will give certificates to the products they have examined. After the certificate, some data can not be changed, such as name, price and so on. So be careful. If there are some minor changes in the document, then COTECNA can endorse it again, but it is also very troublesome, and the letter of guarantee will also produce the cost of re endorsement.
