There are several points to share with you today.
Now there are some traditional e-commerce companies. Some people have been doing business for 3 years, and the turnover has been 1 billion. Some enterprises are just starting to go online tomorrow.
In fact, looking at this field today, the first topic of the future of electronic commerce is that if you do not have a hot blood and no vision for the future, you will not come to the venue today, so you don't need to spend too much time talking about it.
The next question is if e-commerce is consulted with all of you here, how can I open a store in Quanzhou? I am sure everyone here will give me a lot of advice, because you have experienced it, you have gone through it, you know what is going on.
But are there many things that you can imagine sitting in your office? What is the core thing? What is the focus of attention in the early and late stages?
So we share a thing here. In the first two days, we all know that there is a big number, that is, singles day has 9 hundred million sales volume, so Taobao is a very great enterprise. I still don't know which enterprise can accomplish 9 hundred million turnover in a day.
This is aimed at the right product selection in the market, as well as some distressed businesses and happy electric providers.
The annoying electricity supplier has completed 16 million orders, and by the end of the bachelor's day, almost one thousand sales have not been processed. About 23 million of the products are wrong, many people are very strange, there are also great companies, and 100 thousand orders are received, including enterprises in Xiamen, such as the shoe store, ten thousand of the day's orders can basically be released on the same day.
Electronic commerce is different from stores. Orders occur when sales are completed, but e-commerce is not. When your orders happen, sales are just starting to start, or the supply system is just starting to start.

The third problem is group buying spike. Sales are not equal to sales. Sales are based on business interaction with customers.
The fourth question is how much the two purchase is more important than a hammer deal.

Then we talked about some cases. When a famous sportswear brand was talking to me, I asked him how to open it, and I said I could share what was the state of the opening and sharing.
On the first day, there was an order, two hundred in second days, and five hundred in third days. He asked how it was done and how to advertise it.
It takes time for customers to trust the brand, the network supply, the fear of the website, and the enterprise.
I asked second questions about how many goods he was going to sell. He said he would prepare two hundred sets.
The Internet has unlimited shelves, but your marketing is limited. Your supply management is limited. Your traffic is precious. Don't waste it in a mess, let customers consume it there.
What is healthy service?
You can buy a product from Taobao. You can look at the one hundred stores to see what is the service that consumers feel.
My most common guest is what I want to do, and what you want is not the core.
Some customers are too ambitious to say how much goods they want to sell today. Second, the vision of the market is too great.
So when you think about all the problems that you can get entangled with the problems you can see, you must turn the core of the problem to the three basic questions: first, how to get enough users, the second is how to make these users produce orders, and third is how to turn these orders into real sales.
