5. obligations of Party B

5.3 Party B should actively cooperate with the development of Party A's website, provide relevant information in time, take part in the activities of Party A's organization, accept Party A's interview, take photos, video and so on, confirm the authenticity and completeness of Party A's information about Party B, and authorize Party A's website to issue the information.

5.4 Party B shall abide by all reasonable arrangements made by Party A, and make every effort to make all reasonable arrangements for the work. At the same time, we must cooperate with each other in absolute sincerity.

5.5 Party A shall be responsible for the matter of Party A's behalf. Party B shall not consult with the client and sign any remuneration agreement in private. Party A will never admit any private commitments.

5.6 Party B guarantees that the performance remuneration of Party A shall be collected directly or indirectly by Party A without authorization in person or by any other party.
