Translation confidentiality contract template

Party A: Mr.

Party B: the company is in charge.

The purpose of this agreement is to provide Party B with standard, confidential translation or localization services for customers. On the basis of equality and mutual benefit, the two sides have reached friendly consultations and have reached the following agreement:

Type of translation

Party A hereby entrusts Party B to translate the name of the book.

Two. Translation time

The delivery date for the two sides is the year of the year.

Three. Manuscript form

This is the first time.

Four, data confidentiality

The parties involved in this Agreement shall have the obligation of confidentiality in the process of cooperation or through any other channel, and the parties do not disclose the technical information and business secrets to the public. Without any written permission from the other party, neither party shall disclose it to the third party, otherwise it shall bear the responsibility for breach of contract and compensate for the losses arising therefrom. This obligation of confidentiality is still valid after the termination of the agreement.

Five, intellectual property rights

All the intellectual property rights of all translated data shall belong to Party A, and Party B shall not be used for public release, reprint, use or other purposes without permission.

Six, the validity of this agreement is based on the needs of business operation, and the other relevant systems and written documents jointly prepared by the two sides are equivalent to this agreement.

Seven. The agreement is not covered by this agreement, and a supplementary agreement is reached through consultation between the two sides. The supplementary agreement has the same effect as this agreement. This agreement is made in two copies, each party holding one copy. The confidentiality agreement shall enter into force after signature and seal.
