    You can enjoy 1 days of paid illness and leave every month.


    (2) illness, leave of absence: employees who are sick or asked for leave, must inform the Department Manager and attendance clerk in advance or telephone, and do not inform the attendance staff that they are treated as absenteeism without leave.

    In case of leave of absence, the manager has the right to disagree if the work is not permitted. The sick leave for three days or more must be issued by the hospital.

    The amount of payment for sickness / leave is 22 days / disease / leave days. The sick leave exceeds one month according to the medical period.


    (3) annual leave: from the date of signing the employee's labor contract, after a year's full year's work, it can enjoy a paid annual leave of 5 days, and then increase the annual length of service of the company by one year, increasing the annual leave for a period of not more than 15 days.

    If it is impossible to take an annual leave due to work reasons, the company shall make compensation according to the daily wage.

    Annual leave can be used two times.

    If the sick leave is accumulated for more than thirty days in a year or if the leave is accumulated for more than 10 days, no more annual leave is allowed.


    (4) maternity leave: childbirth can rest for three months, maternity leave, more than part of the sick leave, male workers can enjoy 7 days paid maternity leave.

    The longest stay for such workers is 6 months.


    (5) marriage leave: employee's wedding leave is 10 days (including public holidays).


    (6) funeral leave: when the parents or spouse's parents, brothers and sisters, grandparents and grandchildren died, the death leave was 3 days, and 3 days were regarded as a colleague's leave.


    (7) medical treatment period: the work is one full year, the medical treatment period is one month, and so on.
