    I am engaged in standardized management of enterprises. When I preach the benefits of standardized management of enterprises, I always emphasize that everyone is a talented person, but the enterprise has not found or has not provided the stage for staff development.     In our traditional country with a strict hierarchy, the elders seem to have never stopped the sigh of "one generation is inferior to one generation"! To this end, one hundred years ago, Liang Qichao wrote the "Youth China", appealed to the Chinese people to attach importance to the young people! It seems that the Chinese read this article very little, and Mr. Liang's views were recognized and not inherited. Recently, the chairman of New Oriental Yu Minhong issued an initiative saying that we should not blame the post-80s and 90's, as long as we set an example.


    When it comes to the 1980s and 1990s, it is also said that the young people born after the reform and opening up have not suffered any hardships or crimes. They have caught up with the good times and are enjoying the generation. It is true that we have provided them with a rich material foundation. At the same time, we can not deny that we have given them too much mental burden. We, of course, myself, have been fed up with hardships and do not want their children to suffer hardships. When we are poor, we do not want their children to be poor. When we see someone else's child having a house, we buy him a house. When we see someone else's child has a car, we buy him a car. When we see someone else's children go abroad, we will give him a passport. In turn, we blame the child: why don't you worry about me? They are imprisoned in our own garden like flowers, and we are placed on a fixed runway like a roller coaster. We broke their flying wings, and blamed them for not making progress in the opposite direction!


    It is our bosses who are successful in their careers. Have you ever stumbled and stumbled from a young age? Yes, young people have no experience, less than you can bear hardships than you are responsible for. But if you don't give him a heavy burden, how does he suffer? How can he grow experience? Yes, he is still young. Compared with you, he is always young. Is it true that young people are just as old as you? Do you feel relieved? Obviously, you are forty, he is thirty, younger than you. You fifty, he is forty, and still younger than you! If you don't put young people in important positions and let him exercise in post work, you will never find satisfactory talents.


    Think of ourselves, who did not come from twenty or thirty? When was the most passionate in your life? When was the most vigorous? Was it not the age of twenty or thirty? When we were suppressed, we must suppress young people today?


    Only by working at work, can people grow up in their work and grow in their work. In the past, we talked about learning war in war. Today we should say that we should learn from work and cultivate talents in our work. The stage for young people to grow is to give you the future of enterprise development.


    Today, the main force of many kinds of products consumption is after 80 and 90. They know more about consumers' psychology than we do, and give them work to them. Maybe they do better than us.
