Today, we have got some preliminary results.

In January 5th, the first solar energy company signed a memorandum of understanding with China Guangdong nuclear energy company, and the two sides will jointly develop the memorandum of understanding.

According to the memorandum of understanding signed between the two sides, China Guangdong nuclear power company is responsible for the construction and operation of the project, and is responsible for the project, procurement and construction (EPC) work.

The US first solar energy will cooperate with China Guangdong Nuclear solar energy to provide advanced thin-film photovoltaic modules for the project, and provide support and consultation in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), operation and maintenance (O&; M) and so on.

The Erdos photovoltaic project in the first solar energy company in China can be seen as twists and turns.

In November 2009, the first solar energy company of the United States signed the Russian cooperation framework agreement with the Ordos Municipal People's Government on the power generation project.

The agreement signed at that time stipulates that the first solar power plant in Erdos will build a photovoltaic power plant with a installed capacity of 2000 trillion watts. The project will be completed in stages. The first phase project will be a 30 MW demonstration project started in June 1, 2010. The two, three and four projects will be 100 MW, 870 MW and 1000 MW respectively.

The two and three phases will be completed in 2014, while the four phase will be completed in 2019.

At that time, the president of the company, song Bo Si, had said that if the project was completed, the scale of the power plant would be 30 times larger than that of the largest photovoltaic power station in the world.

However, things didn't work out as they wished. Last year, the project was once stranded because of doubts about the first solar energy qualification of the United States and technical reasons. The first scheduled commencement date in June 1st last year was delayed.

It was also blamed by some politicians in the United States on the new energy cooperation between China and the United States.

But with the convening of World Expo in Shanghai, there was a turning point. During the period of World Expo, the first solar energy in the United States provided three thin film solar modules for the Inner Mongolia pavilion to show the prominent position of solar energy in the new energy development plan of Inner Mongolia. According to a person close to the local government, the exhibition of World Expo Inner Mongolia Pavilion shows the importance attached by the provincial government to the company. The move also illustrates that the relationship between the first solar energy and the local government is very different.

At the same time, when the first solar product entered the Inner Mongolia Pavilion, the first solar energy company in the United States was also registered in Beijing as FOS first solar energy (Beijing) management consulting company, which was also interpreted by the industry as the first solar energy in the United States to make breakthroughs in the Huaguang volt project.
