China Consumers Association: Children'S Shoes Are Not Qualified.

On January 6th, according to the "comparative test report of children's shoes released by China Association of consumers" published by China Association for consumers' Association, it is said that this comparative experiment is suitable for children aged 3 to 14 years old.

The comparative test commissioned by the national footwear quality supervision and Inspection Center (Beijing) for testing.

Test basis: QB/T2880-2007 "children's leather shoes", GB/T15107-2005 "travel shoes", QB/T2673-2004 "footwear products logo", GB/T22930-2008 "leather and fur chemical test heavy metal content determination" and "children's shoes comparison test implementation plan".

Test items: identification, peel strength, wear resistance, folding resistance, hardness of outsole, hook hardness, odor, formaldehyde content, decomposable aromatic amine dye, Cr (VI) - six chromium in leather, extractable heavy metals (arsenic, cadmium and lead) in leather.

The results of the test are shown in the results of children's leather shoes or children's sports shoes.

The 19 samples of children's shoes were compared. Safety indexes such as free formaldehyde, decomposable aromatic amine dyes, Cr (VI) - six valent chromium in leather, extractable heavy metals (arsenic, cadmium and lead) in leather were all up to the requirements of the state.

Cadmium is potentially hazardous to the environment.

Cadmium and its compounds are carcinogens, which can cause cancer.

Arsenic and its compounds are used in insecticides, herbicides, etc.

None of the above substances were detected.

In this comparative experiment, carcinogenic aromatic amines (4- amino biphenyl, two amino biphenyl, 4- chloro toluidine, 2- naphthalene amine) or suspected carcinogens (other) were also not detected.

The peeling strength and wear resistance of the physical properties are all up to the standard requirements.

All the testing items met the standard requirements of 10, there were 9 nonconformities, of which 4 were not identified; the folding resistance did not meet 5; the hardness of the outsole did not meet the 2; the hardness of the hook was not in conformity with 1; the odor did not meet 4 requirements.

The main problems are as follows:

First, 4 enterprises have problems of unqualified labels.

QB/T2673-2004 "footwear products logo" has been implemented for 6 years. This comparative test identifies 4 unqualified samples, mainly because they do not label Chinese shoe numbers or shoe upper materials.

The Chinese shoe number is based on the foot length and is marked by mm, which is equivalent to the international standard.

The piglets of Dongguan small pig banner Clothing Co., Ltd., morgan&milo, Morgan and Milo, Suzhou Shanghai Baby House Products Co., Ltd., RobertadiCamerino, Qingdao Yue Xing Shoes Trade Co., Ltd., Shanghai star MoonStar, and other 4 enterprises, have identified problems, mainly because they do not label Chinese shoes or unlabeled materials.

Two, 5 enterprises have poor flexural performance.

The folding resistance is an indicator of whether the shoe sole is easy to break, whether the surface material is easy to crack, whether the cracks are easy to be opened or not. The most common problem in the wearing process is the breaking of the sole, the cracking of the side, or the opening of the flexural part.

The comparison test shows that the folding resistance is not in line with the phenomenon of gluing after the bottom of the bottom (bottom wall) is broken, indicating that there is something wrong with the adhesion of the flexural part of the shoes.

Three, 3 enterprises have soles hardness or hook hardness.

Children's shoes soles should have proper hardness and thickness, too hard and too thick soles are not conducive to the bending of the soles, but too soft soles can not support the feet, which can make children feel tired.

This test compares the hardness index of outsole with only one sample index.

The problem of hardness at the outsole is Ruibao Rui Bao, DorDorHorse of Beijing sunshine rainbow education Limited by Share Ltd and Shanghai Rui Bao Shoes Co., Ltd.

The sample which is not suitable for hardness is Nanjing Ming Lu shoes industry Co., Ltd. Ming Lu.

Four, the smell problem.

Footwear products emit special odour, indicating that the materials used in shoes or the odor materials used in the production process are offensive and harmful to human health.

According to the QB/T2880-2007 "children's leather shoes" standard, the shoes smell is divided into five grades, the 1 level is no smell; the 2 level is slightly odorous, but not noticeable; the 3 level is obvious smell, but not annoying; 4 is strong, annoying smell; 5 is a very strong dislike smell; the stipulation is not greater than 2 grade is qualified.

The 4 samples with more peculiar smell were tested, but all reached the 3 level requirements.
