VI Design Contract

In accordance with the provisions of the contract law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant regulations, Party B accepts the entrustment of Party A and agrees to sign the contract on the entrusted design matters.

Two, cost

Three. Payment method

1. After the signing of this contract, Party A will pay Party B 50% of the total cost of the contract, that is, Renminbi (RMB) yuan (10000 yuan).

2. The VI manual is finished. Before printing and binding, party a must pay the balance of the contract to Party B.

That is to say, the renminbi will be $10000.

Four. Responsibilities and obligations of both parties.

1. Party B shall complete the relevant planning and design according to the quality and quantity according to the requirements of Party A.

2. Party B is required to complete the period of two hours, hours, months, and days to two hours.

3. Party A has the responsibility to fully cooperate with Party B in carrying out the work stipulated in this contract and provide relevant information according to the requirements of Party B.

Economic disputes shall be borne by Party A for the legal liabilities arising from copyright and literary liability.

Five. Intellectual property rights agreement

1. Party B enjoys copyright in the works completed.

2. Before Party A has paid all the entrusted design fees, Party B's copyright shall belong to Party B, and Party A shall not have any right to the work.

3. Party A shall have the right to pursue its legal liability in accordance with the copyright law of the People's Republic of China unless the party has unauthorized use or modification of the infringement caused by the works designed by Party B.

Six, liability for breach of contract

After signing this contract, both parties shall perform the contract in a comprehensive manner.

Because VI design work is very arduous, not only requires a lot of research work, but also needs the creation of first class designers, and Party B has already fulfilled the contract in the beginning of design. In view of this, Party A promises to terminate the contract ahead of time, and still has the obligation to pay the whole part of the contract to Party B.

If Party B fails to terminate the contract in advance, all fees collected should be returned to Party A.

Seven, if a dispute occurs between the two parties, they shall be settled amicable through negotiation. If negotiations fail, any party to Party A and Party B may submit the dispute to the Beijing Arbitration Commission for arbitration.

The appendix of the contract is part of this contract. There are two copies of this contract. Each party holds one copy, which takes effect from the date of signing and sealing by both parties, and has the same legal effect.
