The Puma company asked the two garment merchants to stop the infringement immediately, and apologized in the Jiaxing daily, and at the same time they should compensate each other for its 100 thousand yuan.

The reporter learned from the Jiaxing intermediate people's court that in the past two years, the intellectual property court of the Jiaxing intermediate people's court accepted more than 60 trademark infringement cases filed by Puma company, and the defendants were all shopping malls, supermarkets and self-employed businesses in Jiaxing.

After the admissibility of the case, the intellectual property court of the Jiaxing intermediate people's court organized several consultations.

At present, in addition to 7 cases are still under trial, the rest of the cases have been heard.

"Because some supermarkets and clothing business operators are not strong in trademark law awareness, they are not strict in purchasing and marketing, leading to the emergence of fake brands in clothing stores."
