I. mandatory national standard GB 18401-2010 "national textile product basic safety technical specification"

The basic safety performance requirement is the revision of the 2003 edition standard.
The specification is applicable to the production, sale and use of clothing, decoration and household textile products in China, and the export products can be carried out in accordance with the contract stipulations.
The main technical changes of GB and 18401-2003 are: the age of infants is changed from 24 months to 36 months.
The product classification is changed from A, B and C codes to three categories, namely, infant textile products, textile products directly contacting the skin, and textile products that do not directly contact the skin.
The pH value of the B class is modified from 4.0~7.5 to 4.0~8.5.
In terms of color fastness, it is not required to examine the color fastness of natural and bleached products and traditional hand coloring products such as tie dye and batik. The color fastness to saliva is only used to assess the textile products of infants and young children, and the decorative products such as curtains do not assess the color fastness to perspiration.
The limit value of decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amines is defined as < 20mg/kg.
In addition, appendix A adds the "wipes and other cleaning products" and "bags, back bags, sports shoes, umbrellas and other textile containing products" to the textile product catalog which does not fall within the scope of the standard.

Three. GB/T 12703 "evaluation of the electrostatic properties of textiles" specifies the testing methods and evaluation indexes of the electrostatic properties of textiles. It is divided into seven parts: static voltage half life, charge surface density, charge density, resistivity, friction voltage, fiber leakage resistance and dynamic static voltage.
The publication of this series of standards provides a unified method for the evaluation of the electrostatic properties of textiles.
Four. The two standards of "trapezoidal tear strength of geosynthetics" and "static rupture test of geosynthetics (CBR method)" are all revised standards, and some modifications have been made to the scope of application of standards, test instruments and test methods, so as to improve the adaptability of the standards.
Five. GB/T 23319, "determination of twist after washing," is a series of methods, which are divided into 3 parts, namely, the longitudinal twist of knitted garments, woven fabrics and knitted fabrics, woven garments and knitted garments.
The three part is equivalent to ISO 16322: 2005, 1~3 for determination of twist after washing.

Industry standard part
The Ministry of industry and information technology approved 29 textile industry standards in December 29, 2010.

"Printed combed wool" was first formulated.
Printed combed wool fabric is a new product developed in recent years. It is a product of the combination of wool textile industry and printing and dyeing industry. Because there is no uniform standard, the quality of wool printed fabrics produced by various enterprises is quite different.
In order to improve the printing technology level of wool products and further standardize product quality and sales market, relevant departments have formulated this standard.
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking of printed combed woollen fabrics. It is applicable to the identification of all kinds of woven wool combed wool and wool blended (wool and other animal fiber content of more than 30%) and the quality of woven fabrics produced by direct printing.
Chemical fiber field: a total of 11 items, of which 2 were revised and 9 were formulated.
First, "ultra high molecular weight polyethylene filament" was first formulated.

Because of its high molecular weight, good regularity of the main chain, high fiber orientation and high crystallinity, its strength is the most of all fiber nowadays. It has great advantages in high light weight composite materials with high strength (8 times the same quality condition, equivalent to high quality steel wire) and high modulus (1150cN/dtex). It has been widely used in defense materiel equipment, such as bulletproof vests, helmets and light armour, as well as various fields such as civilian sails, cables, parachutes and filter materials.
This standard specifies the requirements of internal and external quality and test methods for ultra high molecular weight polyethylene filament, and is innovative.
Two, "protein viscose staple fiber", "protein viscose filament", "colored viscose fiber", "colored viscose filament", "clean high whiteness viscose staple fiber" and so on 5 are viscose series product standards, 3 of which are formulated and 2 are revised.
Protein viscose fiber is a viscose staple fiber or filament made of protein solution in viscose spinning solution. It has a skin core structure, and is praised by consumers for its protein content, skin care function and natural silk.
Colored viscose fiber is colored viscose staple fiber or filament produced by adding coloring agent in viscose raw liquid. Its advantage is that the original liquor is dyed, its color fastness is good, and the subsequent dyeing and finishing process of fiber, yarn or grey cloth is omitted, so as to save resources and reduce the discharge of printing and dyeing wastewater.
The clean high whiteness viscose staple fiber is a non-woven medical and hygienic material developed rapidly at the end of the last century. Because of its high quality of raw materials and the whitening process, its products have great advantages compared with traditional textiles in terms of whiteness, impurities, residual sulfur, water soluble substances, surface active substances and other hygienic specifications and product specifications.
The formulation of these 5 standards is of great significance for promoting the differentiation of viscose, improving product quality, standardizing market sales, promoting structural adjustment and upgrading industries.
Three, "nylon 6 high oriented yarn (HOY)" was first formulated.
Nylon 6 high oriented yarn is a nylon 6 filament with high orientation, which is produced without drawing and high temperature setting technology. It has the advantages of less investment and low production cost. Compared with nylon drawn yarn, it has remarkable characteristics of high dye uptake, bright colors, soft texture and so on. In recent years, its capacity has expanded rapidly.
The standard stipulates the terminology, definition, classification and identification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, pportation and storage requirements of nylon 6 high oriented yarn, which is conducive to the unified product quality assessment requirements and standardized market.
Four, "antibacterial polyamide preoriented yarn" and "antibacterial polyamide stretch yarn" are the 2 first set of functional fiber standards.
The antibacterial polyamide fiber is a functional fiber made by melt spinning and post processing after fully mixing the silver series antibacterial masterbatch and polyamide resin chip. It can be made into pre oriented yarn or elastic yarn according to the processing technology. It is a new type of high value-added product.
The product has strong antibacterial and antibacterial properties, and is widely used in underwear, socks, military industry, medical treatment and other industries, and has broad market prospects.
The formulation of antibacterial polyamide fiber standards can not only meet the needs of market trade, but also standardize the quality requirements of new capacity.
Textile machinery field: a total of 17 items, of which 14 were revised and 3 were made.
First, the rotor spinning machine and its supporting parts, rotor spinning machine, rotor spinning machine roller, rotor spinning rotor bearing and rotor spinning roller bearing are 5 items, of which 3 are revised and 2 are made.
Rotor spinning is the most mature and widely used process in new spinning.
In recent years, the production level of rotor spinning technology and rotor spinning machine has been greatly improved in China. The automatic control level of rotor spinning machine has also been greatly improved. The manufacturing accuracy and quality of related parts have also made great progress. The number of rotor spinning equipment has accounted for the first place in the world. The original standard has been promulgated for nearly 10 years, and it can not meet the development requirements of rotor spinning technology in China.
This revision is based on the "rotor spinning machine" as the main standard. At the same time, the main rotor parts of rotor spinning machine, rotor spinning machine and rotor spinning roller of the rotor spinning machine have been revised, and 2 standards for rotor spinning bearing of rotor spinning machine and rotor roller bearing of rotor spinning machine have been formulated, and 5 supporting series standards have been formed.
The revision is made to fully absorb the independent innovation technology of the current rotor spinning machine in our country to the standard, which will help to further improve the technical level and international competitiveness of the rotor spinning machine and the related specialized parts of our country.
"Rotor spinning machine" is the revision of the standard for 2001 edition, which mainly increases the technical performance requirements and electrical performance indexes of yarn quality, forms a pattern that requires equal weight in mechanical, electrical and technological performance indicators. It is of great significance to improve the technical level of products. At the same time, the first time the electromagnetic compatibility index is included in the standard, and the electrical, safety and automatic control performance indexes are added, which will greatly improve the reliability and safety of the product and improve the quality of the whole machine.
The rotor of the rotor spinning machine and the carding roller of the rotor spinning machine are the revision of the 1999 edition standard.
The revision of rotor spinning of the rotor spinning machine mainly changed the product to the boundary of the rotary speed of the rotor 60000 revolutions / divisions, and classified the radial circle beating, the end circle beating and the balance quality grading index respectively. The rotor bearing of rotor spinning machine and the roller bearing of the rotor spinning machine are newly formulated standards.
Rotor bearing and carding roller bearings are the two main bearings of rotor spinning machines. They are the key to improve the speed and technical level of spinning machines.
In the past 10 years, China's production enterprises have continuously improved the production technology of rotor bearings and carding roller bearings, improved their production processes, and improved the quality of their products.
At present, the performance of rotor bearings in China has been able to meet the needs of rotor rotation at 110 thousand R / min to 120 thousand rpm, and the speed of roller bearings has also been greatly improved.
In the process of standard setting, not only drawing on the advanced technical specifications of China's bearing industry, but also combining with the characteristics of the textile machinery industry, some of the quality indexes in the standard are higher than that of the bearing industry standards, which is of great significance for improving the technical level and product quality of our rotor bearings and carding roller bearings, and expanding the market share of the domestic bearings.
Two, double twister and twister spindle 2 are revised.
Twister is a new type of twisting equipment for yarn.
Compared with the traditional ring twisting machine, the product has greatly increased the production efficiency by twisting the spindle with double twists and rotating the spindle on the yarn for two twists and turns.
At the same time, its volume is large and its users are few, and it is welcomed by users.
Since the 80s of last century, the research and production technology level of twisters in China has been constantly improved, and the scope of spinning has gradually expanded. The major specifications and basic parameters have also undergone great changes, so the original standards need to be revised.
The revised "doubling twister" mainly adjusted the classification and basic parameters of the products, raised the requirements for the unevenness of spindle speed, adjusted the noise and power consumption indexes of the whole machine, increased the requirements of electrical equipment and safety performance, thus comprehensively improving the quality and technical level of the twister.
The "double twister spindle" is a revision of the 1996 edition standard, which mainly expands the application scope of the products, and adjusts the marking requirements for classification, marking and code numbers, improves the requirements of the spindle wheel diameter limit deviation, improves the single spindle power, noise and the spindle top vibration value requirements, etc., and has a positive effect on improving the technical level and twisting quality of the twister equipment in our country.
Three. The guide roller cross the cloth hot air dryer is the revision of the 1992 edition standard.
Drying machine is an important universal unit for dyeing, finishing, rolling, washing, drying and steaming. The guide roller type hot cloth dryer is mainly suitable for pre drying in resin finishing and dyeing process.
After more than ten years' development, the products and specifications have changed greatly.
This revision mainly adjusts the parameters, removes the requirements of the assembly quality index for the parallelism of the reference cross of the whole machine guide roller before and after the original standard, and increases the heat conduction oil in the heat source. In the relevant clauses of the drying room temperature, heating time and the quality requirements of the radiator, the requirement for increasing the use of heat pfer oil is increased, and the continuity, insulation and pressure test of the electrical equipment connection, wiring, conductor identification and electrical equipment protection connection circuit are increased, as well as the requirements for setting safety signs.
Four. The single layer drawing machine is the revision of the 1999 edition standard.

The corresponding parameters are adjusted to reduce the noise index of the whole machine. The limited value of the difference between the external surface and the working environment of the heat insulation board is regarded as the requirement of thermal insulation performance, highlighting the requirements for energy saving and consumption reduction, at the same time, it also improves the electromagnetic compatibility, anti-interference ability and safety performance requirements of the equipment to the automatic control system, and is conducive to improving the safety and reliability of the drawing machine.
Five, the general specification of the "cloth insertion device", "fabric alignment, opposite side device", "general technical condition of the rolling device", "general technical conditions of the cloth dropping device", "suction device" and "general technical conditions of the elastic frame device" are the 6 general device standards that are revised for the 1998 edition standard.
In recent years, along with the improvement of spinning machine equipment manufacturing technology level, this part of the general device has developed in terms of structure and technical parameters. This revision mainly adjusted some models, parameters and technical contents, making it more suitable for the development of China's printing and dyeing machine, and rewritten it according to the requirements of GB/T1.1.

The general technical condition of the elastic frame device has adjusted the classification and parameters, raised the requirements for the alignment of the guide roller surface to the installation baseline and the leveling of the cloth guide roller.
Six. The one step numerical control compound twister is first formulated.
Since 2001, our country has developed a one-step numerical control compound twister and its computer control system. So far, a large industry has been formed. The products have been sold overseas except for domestic demand.
This standard specifies the basic parameters and main performance requirements of one step numerical control compound twister, which fills the gap in China, and helps to standardize the quality level of one step CNC compound twisting machine and guide the standardization of the market.
Seven, "automatic winder" is the revision of the 1996 edition standard.
After more than 10 years of technological development, the technical specifications and performance of the automatic winder have been greatly improved. This revision has mainly adjusted the technical parameters and indexes, increased the product type, expanded the number of winding heads and winding speed, improved the three times of the success rate of twist, the average error of cylinder yarn length and the fixed length and length variation system requirements, and revised the requirements of noise detection, safety protection test, painting and product packaging inspection. In particular, the winding speed of the original standard test conditions increased to 1200 meters / points, reflecting the substantial technological progress of domestic automatic winder in recent years.
