At the end of the golden week, Suning and Gome returned to the negotiating table. At this time, Suning needs more than ever. Because sunning Beijing has fewer than 40 stores, far inferior to the 54 stores and Dazhong of Gome, and Suning must consolidate its own dam in Beijing.
With the experience of Yongle, Dazhong has always been the two line of negotiation: on the one hand, it admitted that Suning and Dazhong were in contact, but stressed that the two sides did not sign the agreement. Always keep a buffer for Gome.
Finally, Gome reached all the requirements of Dazhong electrical appliances within 48 hours and increased its price by 20% on the basis of Suning 3 billion transaction price. Suning abandoned mergers and acquisitions in 24 hours. This is a rare commercial battle. Huang spent 3 billion 650 million yuan on the acquisition of large and medium sized enterprises, and it needed Gome's almost 3 and a half years' net profit to get back to the cost.
