After 2.10% of the total share capital of the non-public offering, the investment amount accounted for 0.68% of the latest audited net assets of YOUNGOR, and promised not to pfer these shares within 12 months after the subscription was completed.
Rough statistics, since last year, YOUNGOR and its controlling subsidiaries have participated in the private placement of 12 companies, especially since August, with a total investment of more than 5 billion 800 million yuan.
