In order to solve the problem of recruitment difficulties, Xiao Ke's factories all adopted "piecework payment" method since last year, so as to reduce the number of workers and raise the level of workers' remuneration.
At the same time, we should do everything possible to reduce costs in such aspects as worker life, production and material handling. For example, his company requires every worker to spend more than 10 yuan a month on his life.

Data from Wenzhou employment guidance service center showed that in 2010, the average monthly wage of all jobs in the same period was 1548.09 yuan, which has risen to 1810.24 yuan this year, and the average wage has increased by 16.93% compared with the same period last year.

Xiao Ke said that because of the pressure of rising costs such as labor force, some labor-intensive enterprises in Wenzhou will be cut off and cut down, or even run away from manufacturing industry forever.

Xiao Ke believes that the cost of labor will continue to increase, and the price of products will be difficult to raise because of overproduction. At this intersection of life and death, many labor-intensive SMEs in Wenzhou will not be able to carry on.
