Four, matters needing attention:
1, the pfer of registered trademarks, trademark registrants on the same or similar commodities registered on the same or similar trademarks should be pferred together.
2. One month after the pfer is submitted, the Trademark Office will issue the letter of acceptance of the trademark pfer to the pferee in accordance with the address to which the application is completed, and at the same time, send a copy of the notice of acceptance to the registrant in accordance with the registered trademark of the trademark pferred by the trade mark.
3, if the pfer application is not in conformity with the law, the Trademark Office will notify the applicant in writing by mail in a timely manner according to the address filled in the application form.
4. After the approval of the application for pfer, the Trademark Office will deliver the certificate to the pferee in the form of mailing according to the address filled in the application, and publish the notice of assignment of the trademark.
The date of the certificate is the date of the announcement, and the pferee enjoys the right to exclusive use of the trademark from that date.
5. If the pfer application can not be approved for other reasons, the Trademark Office will notify the applicant in writing by mail in accordance with the address filled in the application form.
6. The pferee in the pfer application is shared by many individuals, and the relevant notice or proof of the trademark office is only addressed to the representative.
Other co owners who need proof should apply for replacement.
7, if the applicant has entrusted the trademark agency to handle the pfer application, the Trademark Office will not directly interact with the applicant, and all the books will be sent to the trademark agency.
8, the type of application should be completed in accordance with the international classification categories approved by the trademark registration certificate.
9. Matters needing attention in the application of trademark registration by natural persons: in accordance with the provisions of article fourth of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, natural persons engaged in the production, manufacture, processing, sorting, distribution of goods or services shall obtain the right to exclusive use of trademarks, and shall apply to the Trademark Office for trademark registration.
In the name of a natural person, such matters as registration, pfer, etc. shall be submitted in addition to the materials such as the application for registration of trademarks, the trade marks and other materials in accordance with the relevant provisions. Documents such as identity cards, business licenses, contracts, etc. shall also be submitted.
