    In the past 5 years, the number of award-winning enterprises in the development zone has increased from 18 to 86, and the financial reward has exceeded 70 million yuan, the wage has increased by about 500 million yuan, and nearly 300 thousand people have benefited from the front-line staff.

    The steady increase of staff wages has greatly enhanced the stability of employees, and enterprises have also got rid of the shortage of staff and the increasing training costs.
