On the afternoon of April 25th, Sinopec held a media meeting to announce the findings of the "sky wine" incident: the Sinopec Party group decided to remove the post of general manager of Lu Guang Yu Guangdong Petroleum Branch and demoted it.
At the same time, he gave economic punishment to Lu Guang Yu and paid 131 thousand and 100 yuan of red wine for his consumption.
In addition, 1176 bottles of high-end liquor purchased by Lu Guang Yu, Moutai liquor and a small amount of stock, most of them have been sold back; some of the red wine is used for business reception.
In April 11th, a post appeared on the Internet called Lu Guangyu, general manager of Sinopec Guangdong petroleum, who was wasting money on huge sums of money.
The Post said that in 2010, Lu Guang Yu had purchased three batches of high-end wine since September, with a total value of 2 million 590 thousand yuan.
All the drinks were used by Lu Guangyu, the general manager, and no one knew the whereabouts of the wine.
Sinopec's "sky wine" incident became the focus of widespread social concern.
The general manager of Sinopec Guangdong branch is exempt from investigation.
Most of the wine was sold and used for business reception.
After investigation, Lu Guang Yu did not study the company's leading group in September 2010. He arranged for his subordinates to purchase 480 bottles of Moutai wine and 958 thousand and 300 yuan of goods from Guizhou Moutai Sales Co. Ltd., including 360 bottles of 579 yuan, 60 bottles of 2999 yuan, 30 bottles of 6999 yuan, 30 bottles of 11999 yuan, bought bottles of red wine and 696 yuan of money from a trading company in Zhuhai.
The total sum of two items of liquor and red wine is 1 million 589 thousand yuan.
In October 2010, some people reported the matter to the higher level Department of Guangdong Petroleum Branch, the Sales Department of Sinopec oil products.
The Discipline Inspection Committee of the oil products sales department attached great importance to the Guangdong Petroleum Branch.
Lu Guangyu arranged the relevant departments to pfer these liquor into the non oil business channel of Guangzhou Petroleum Branch by making account, making false sales, withdrawing funds and checking.
On the operation, Lu Guang Yu contacted 2 wine dealers in Guangzhou, and imported 1048455 yuan into the account of Guangzhou Petroleum Branch. The Guangzhou Petroleum Branch issued the invoice for the sale of liquor, but did not sell the liquor to the two companies.
Since then, Lu Guang Yu has contacted friends and sold liquor to 5 other social units, such as Jiangsu and Shandong, at a price higher than the purchase price. The 5 units have refunded the above 2 wine dealers.
According to the survey, Sinopec's sales company can operate non oil businesses such as tobacco and alcohol, but the wine used for operation is purchased through the purchasing department of the sales company, then stored in the designated place, and will not be stored in the office building of Sinopec Guangdong company.
Lu Guangyu's purchase of premium liquor should be his personal behavior.
At present, 450 bottles of Moutai liquor have been sold, and the remaining 30 bottles are stored in the storeroom of Guangdong Petroleum Branch. The red wine has not been sold, and now 613 bottles are used for business reception, with a total value of 131124 yuan.
The remaining 81 bottles of high grade red wine are worth 499520 yuan.
Financial supervision of state-owned enterprises should be promoted.
Although Sinopec's "sky wine" incident was eventually identified as an individual act, the public seems to have long criticized the consumption behavior of large central enterprises such as Sinopec.
In 2009, the Internet sticker on the "Sinopec building with 12 million yuan ceiling chandelier" was heated by netizens. Despite the final Sinopec response, the chandelier, located in the middle hall of Sinopec building, is 4 meters high and 6.5 meters in diameter. The main material is copper and crystal plate. The total cost of the design, manufacture, pportation and installation is 1 million 560 thousand yuan, which is still considered by the public to be very luxurious.
From the "sky chandelier" to "sky price wine", Sinopec "luxury luxury disease" which has been exposed from time to time is no pain in the eyes of the public.
Some media believe that Sinopec's "sky wine" and "sky chandelier" incident caused public dissatisfaction, an important reason is that Sinopec is not private enterprises, but the central enterprises.
Sinopec's luxury consumption is spent on the state's money.
